I have submitted my Dental insurance document at Shree Nandan Courier Service, Dhule on 29 June 2020. Receipt number[protected] . it is been 1 month now and they dont know where is my parcel. I called Dhule office they are telling they are tracking. I called Bangalore R.O office (As updated on website that parcel is reached at Bangalore) after calling multiple time now they say that they dont have my parcel... they told me to call Andheri office.. I tried to reach Andheri office but number is incorrect. I tried to call on toll free number no use... i mailed on your mail id no use. In all this, ... My Dental claim my get dismissed of Rs.5000/-. My clients parcel did not get delivered .. its over 1 month n above... i have called at all branches.. junagadh mangrole rajkot ... nagdevi from whr i shipped ...but parcel is nowhere.. everyone has denied .. it didnt reached junagadh only...i even mailed .. but no use ...no respond ...it is still showing on the way ..she demanded refund from me ... my parcel was of worth 1780.. who will pay this..plz provide me claim or get me my parcel... .. attaching nandan receipt
