Dear Sir,
Our client M/s. Enopack Seals Industries Ltd. booked a material form Boisar, vide docket no.[protected]. The material was booked on dt. 03-12-20 by M/s. Enopack. The Courier (M/s. Shree Nandan Courier-Boisar Branch) agreed to deliver the parcel till our factory (M/s. KLJ Plasticizers Ltd.) and accordingly the freight was paid by M/s. Enopack.

On dt. 04-12-20 the material reached the Silvassa branch (M/s. Shree Nandan Courier). The Silvassa branch didn’t deliver the material at our factory, the representative of Silvassa branch told us (M/s. KLJ Plasticizers Ltd.) to collect the parcel from their branch (Silvassa). We told your representative that the party (M/s. Enopack) has paid to freight till our factory then why are you not delivering the material ?. Finally the Courier (M/s. Shree Nandan Courier-Silvassa Branch) didn’t deliver the material.

Hence on dt. 15-12-20 I (Mr. Chirag Khetan) reached Silvassa branch (M/s. Shree Nandan Courier) to collect the material. We only told your representative that the party has paid you full freight so that material can be delivered to us (M/s. KLJ Plasticizers Ltd.) then why you didn’t give even after so long time, you are botherless. After this your representative misbehaved with me very badly, your representative told a nonsense word. Your representative started to quarrel with me. Pls. enroll our complaint why the representative of Silvassa Branch behaves like this?. Kindly look into the matter, if I don’t get justice then I will approach HIGHER AUTHORITY of M/s. Shree Nandan Courier.

With Expected items of two Plungers of metal Iron when receiving the parcel there was cut on the top and when we opened the parcel the items were missing from the box.
We suspect someone took it out from the box while it was routed to the delivery address, something happened between delhi (source) to vadodara (destination).

We believe strongly that the party that has sent the parcel kept the items in the box for two strong reasons.
1. The sending Party are our Relatives
2. There is one more box that came with this one which has all the items intact.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER ASAP.
WE NEED THE ITEMS ON URGENT BASIS.

THE TOTAL COST OF ITEMS is 1000 RS

Plz sir your courier service agent is vary slo service in our sity
and phone is not reacive.

Even after 10days I have not received tracking number of courier done to First Cry at Gurgaon which has resulted to no claim from the first cry who will not refund the amount. I have called your representative and every time he says will give after 12.00 and never responded to what's app message.

Requesting you to initiate necessary action against the Kalyan agency as it is creating negative image about your organization.

Please see attached tracking slip received.

Requesting you to reimburse Rs.900 courier charges and Rs.1700 product price which was handed over to your representative.

I was order sweet packet from Khambhat supdiya jamnadash maganlal shop. They parcel me sweet packet on 10/11/2020. And doket number is[protected]. This parcel I receive from vapi address to 11/11/2020 but when I opened this parcel & packet of 250 gram not found .

I have not received courier yet
It was done on 9 th from Kalyan to pune not able to track the consignment
I m not able to contact anyone

I'm trying to contact the koregaon park office since morning.. Mr. Parshuram Natekar.. He is not picking up the phone... I want to know the status of my parcel... It's urgent.. Pathetic service... Will not recommend this courier at all...

My parcel courier from Nagpur to Navi Mumbai on 22 oct 2020 but still not receive. Tried to contact NAGPUR - NANDANVAN office head YOGESH RAJENDRA NIKHARE mobile no. [protected] / [protected] but that person is very rude and didn't give any answer. I need my parcel as soon as possible.

Kindly let us know the status of docket number[protected], Mr. Nirbhaya Pandey [] from Bhilai, Supela is not able to provide us the proof of delivery. Docket sent to Bajaj Auto Ltd contains material worth Rs. 01Lac.

Kindly share the Runsheet or proof of delivery so that we can get our claimed amount from Bajaj Auto Ltd.

My consignment has reached kapurbavdi on 25th september. My delivery address is within 1 km from kapurbavdi but still they haven't del8vered my parcel. I have called them so many times but they replied the same thing that it will be delivered by tomorrow. Today its 1st october but i havent received my parcel

I talk with your head office person mr. Jp.. He replied we are not deliver parcel using pin-code. Just using address text they deliver it.. Is this your system... I lost my parcel.. He is really uneducated person i thought.. Or may be you need to close your service because i got answer is really worst or company need to appoint new educated person and implement new system.. Really waste of time using shree nandan cousier limited

On insurance company send my insurance document. Nandan courier said we are not delivery your document to your home you need to come at office and collect it.. after some days they have no tracking of parcel... here is the contact number

Branch person who lost my parcel: [protected]

We had booked couple of parcels with docket no.[protected] dated 10/7/2020. The charges were 4 times more and confirmed with other branch of nandan courier and he said half the prices of what was booked. Booking was done from ring road branch of surat area. Contact person name is mr. Ronak ([protected]). Ignore about prices but the way of talking and rude behaviour he has got. Never seen such rude behaviour. We deal with various courier agencies and even with nandan courier at different places but this person is unbearable. I would say very bad service from candan courier and pathetic working.

I had sent a courier via nandan courier from vadodara to delhi. First of all the delivery was supposed to be done within 4 days however it took almost more than a week. And moreover the product where it was couriered was received damaged. The box was fully damaged and inside it the product was damaged too. The product inside the box was worth a lot.

Not Delivered till now. We booked parcel on 29th Aug but till 3rd Sep. not received our customer. No any one answer at destination city. Local staff also talking very rude.

I have submitted my Dental insurance document at Shree Nandan Courier Service, Dhule on 29 June 2020. Receipt number[protected] . it is been 1 month now and they dont know where is my parcel. I called Dhule office they are telling they are tracking. I called Bangalore R.O office (As updated on website that parcel is reached at Bangalore) after calling multiple time now they say that they dont have my parcel... they told me to call Andheri...

Courier parcel reached at wrong destination even though all details mentioned is correct. Now none from your side knows that where my courier is. Ideally it should reach to ahmedabad but reached at surat (Checked from online tracking) i had word with surat and ahmedabad office people and as per my conversation courier is not in surat and neither in ahmedabad.
