Shree Nandan Courier Service — Delivery Courier - Rakhi not received on time

I would like to raise a complaint regarding a Rakhi courier booked through Shree Nandan Courier on Friday, 21st August 2026.
The courier has still not been delivered till date. I have been calling your office since morning to check the status, but I am not receiving any proper response or update. Moreover, the consignment number provided to me appears to be incorrect, due to which I am unable to track the shipment.
This is a matter of serious concern, especially as the courier contains a Rakhi and the delivery has already been significantly delayed. Wrong Consignment detail -
