Shree Nandan Courier Service — Documents not received

This is to bring in your notice that I was waiting for my document carrying urgent cheque of mine from 14th April 2021 as it was booked from Gurugram on that date only by your company but this is very unfortunate to mention that I have still not received my document though the document is lying at Jalandhar itself since 15th of April 2021 but your guy at Jalandhar (with mobile no.+[protected] didn’t even bother to deliver or inform me about the document lying with him, when I called him today after waiting for so many days, his answer was very much wondering and unexpected he said ‘ Customers ke pta krne se ya kehne se kya hota h, mAin Khud dekhuga ap wait krne k baad call krna’ this kind of reply when I got from such a professional company I was surprised. I request you to kindly look into the matter and get my document delivered ASAP and also talk to this guy of yours and teach him how to deal with the customers.
