I talk with your head office person mr. Jp.. He replied we are not deliver parcel using pin-code. Just using address text they deliver it.. Is this your system... I lost my parcel.. He is really uneducated person i thought.. Or may be you need to close your service because i got answer is really worst or company need to appoint new educated person and implement new system..
