My docket no.[protected] was booked from Rajkot to gurugram on 1 Dec 18. It didn't reached yet and also there isn't any update from 3dec18 till now. There is no support from customer care number and I can't get connected to Delhi RO. Please provide me info to get delivery or provide me address of the Regional office where is my parcel aso that I collect it personally.
