So worst courier service i have ever experienced. I have not been received my courier no[protected] which was sent for delivery on[protected]. One and half month passed still i haven't received it.. Moreover i don't receive proper answer from ur employee he doesn't have sense how to talk with customer. Firstly trach ur employee how to talk with customer.

Dear Team one of my courier is shipped from coimbatore on 12th march but still i have not received it in my mumbai kurla office
the courier has reached nandan kurla office on 14thMarch
The owner or the authority is being very rude while complaining to him regarding the delay.
he say shlould he worked on client terms
