Shree Nandan Courier Service — product not delivered

Sir my order is showing as already available in pune since friday 12 oct and still not delivered till 15 oct
First if all ur service is really poor and ur courier boys are very bad in talking to customers. My consignment number is
[protected]. I called multiple times.. Koi bolta hai yeh number pe call karo koi bolta hai dusre number mai karo. Stupidity
.. Agli baar see aapko parcel bhul ke nai denge.
