Even after 10days I have not received tracking number of courier done to First Cry at Gurgaon which has resulted to no claim from the first cry who will not refund the amount. I have called your representative and every time he says will give after 12.00 and never responded to what's app message.
Requesting you to initiate necessary action against the Kalyan agency as it is creating negative image about your organization.
Please see attached tracking slip received.
Requesting you to reimburse Rs.900 courier charges and Rs.1700 product price which was handed over to your representative.
