My name is padmaja. Me & my brother has taken 5 lakhs chit in shriram chits gudivada branch. My brother had taken the auction in the month of august 2016. Shriram chits paid the money in the month of january 2017. Now i had taken the chit in the month of april 2017. Till now they did not started the procedure. And they are saying it will take 4-5 months time to get my money.
This is too much. When we require the money then only we take the auction. If you keep our money upto six months what is the use.

Comparitive to other chit funds like marga dharsi and etc shriram chits is giving the worst services to the customers. I suggest for the people who want to enter into chit don't go for shriram. Please go for another one.

In this shriram chits employees are not responsible. And stupid rules & regulations to pay our money back. This is my personnel experience so friens don't go with shriram chits.

I paid rs10000/- vide receipt no 50300983 against the chit reference no vhsb-01/2 chit value is rs400, 000/-at maharanipeta visakhapatnam branch on 6/10/16 on the advise of smt s. Laxmi the then employee of that branch. I have not been receiving any information regarding the status chit auction till march 2017. On[protected] i submitted representation for refund of amount rs10, 000/- which i paid to smt t. Bhavani employee in that branch. But it is very sad that i have not received any information from the maharanipeta shriram chits branch. How the branch is cheating the customers in this way. Inkurnool srirama chit fund manager cheated the public on joining new chits without intimate the company norms. in one member of smt ar nagajogula issuffered chit no 80005/29 one instalment collected not issued any book and further intimations. another thing he is promissed to lift th chit in 2 nd instalment paying time. he fails to lift the chit. another p bramhaiah one of the chit agent also cheating the subcribers in srirama chit fund.hence refund my first instalment amount of rs 20250 /- who has collected both employees of srirama chits.the staff members are not available within the company timings. there is no matainence properly

I have signed surety for one mr. Bernard who is running catering at sambhram hopital, d. K. Halli, beml nagar. Mr. Bernard is known to when he has done catering to my house warming ceremony. One of his loan representative from kuppam has took signature from me in all the two booklets without filling anything. Now i wanted to withdraw my surety because i am having more liabilities for my housing loan which i took from canara bank. Please advise shrima chits to wwithdraw my surety and take alternative surety from some one else. Accordingly advise mr. Bernard.

Iam a deposit holder in shriram chits which got matured on 15.03.2017 I submitted maturity instruction at the local office on 13.03.2017 and asked them to credit the maturity proceeds to my account, Even after 21 days they have not credited my account .I have also spoken to the DGM who is always praising about their good company service but not able to rectify their mistake in processing . This is not the first time iam facing the problem with this company . I have 8 such occasion where they have reneded very poor service . They are also very late in sanctoning the prized amount to the customer . I intermintently spoke to all the higher persons in the company right from the Branch Manager, Regional Manager, DGM Admin at chennai office . Inspite of several repeated request and instruction they just dont hear it .

I was a member of chit No.TU LL 08/50 at Tuni branch--Andhra Pradesh for Rs5, 00, 000-. This chit completed on[protected] and I bid it on that date. I submitted all necessary documents and submitted the same for payment of prize money. There is no lein on this chit. It is already more than 2 months over. I am due for the chit amount on[protected]. So far the said amount was not paid. Please pursue the matter and initiate to pay the chit amouny early.

Myself Vickrant Waaghuule having chit account 90005/23 in your Aurangabad branch.Due to some financial problems i was unable to pay the installments i want to foreclose my F.D. No.50328033 of Rs. 2, 40, 000/- .from which i want to clear the outstanding dues in my chit account and required the balance amount to pay my home loan installments.
For that reason i given application in Aurangabad branch on dated 25/02/2017 to Mr.Deepak who is the manager, he told me it will take 8 to 10 days for procedure and the balance amount will be credited to your account.
I waited for the payment till 10/03/2017, i called the Manager Mr. deepak, he told that your application is in process and balance amount will be credited till Tuesday.
Today i called the manager again to ask about the status he told me that your application is processed yesterday and it will take more 8 to 10 days.
I am in a huge trouble i have to pay the home loan installments.As per the dates given by Mr. Deepak i gave the same dates to bank and now i am in big trouble if i failed to pay the due amount, bank is going to take possession of my house.
Bank has told me to pay the due till 17/03/2017 else they will take possession of my house.
I am requesting you to make the payment on priority till tomorrow so i can pay the amount to the bank.
Waiting for your reply if i won't get the balance amount till tomorrow and i failed to pay the amount to bank i will have to take strict action & shriram chits will be liable for it.

Sir, I wish to bring to your noti ce:- I was a chit member of chit No.Tull 08/50 for Rs.5, 00, 000- of TUNI branch(A.P). I am the last bidder of this chit which ended on[protected]. There is no lien on this chit. I bid this for minimum i.e. except company charges and nothing else. I am due to get the eligible prize money of this chit on[protected]. So far not received the cheque and it is abnormally delayed. Please look in to the matter and solve the problem.

Secondly, I submitted my deposit certificates No.50206617 for Rs.40, 000- & No.50206618 for 30, 000- & No.50206619 for Rs.30, 000- of TUNI branch ending on[protected]. I submitted the above with necessary forms and self signatures to Tuni branch on[protected] for renewal with option to make renewal altogether for Rs.1, 00, 000 for 12 months with monthly interest. So far the renewed certificates were not isued. Please see that they will be issued soon.

I am the beneficiary of your chit fund at jangaon branch telangana.
Herewith I am giving the complaint against manager who has working in jangaon branch has not responding for JNLC7/18 chit and I have paid amount Rs.11, 100/- on 22.12.2106. Still there's is further installments from the date I have paid, I contact to the maager but there's no response from his side.
For this situation I am un happy and I would like to go to the court to file petition.

2nd Part : By Cash Payment of Rs. 70, 000 /- ( Seventy Thousand Rupees ) Dated:[protected] Bearing Receipt No:[protected]

3rd Part : The Balance Settlement amount Rs. 1, 40, 000/- ( One Lakh Fourty thousand Rupees )by Cheque on Dated:[protected] but your company persons has been manipulated the date and the Signature of me and they submitted before the date, the receipt has been Raised on dated:[protected] Bearing Receipt Number :[protected] .

Due to this they are keeping me in trouble and forcing me to troublesomeness and they forger / Manipulated my signature and Date with that they kept me in trouble in the Bank Records .

So Please kindly verify the problem and do the Justice to me In urgent basis. If may not I will go for Legal Proceedings.

Very worst service(Chidambaram), Local guys are doing some rowdy activity while collecting the single due. Even there workers not know the exact process. Branch mobile number([protected]) is not working no one is picked the call.
Here after i challenge you, i should not refer SRIRAM product any of other/my friends.

I have completed my auction 3 months before in Sriram chits and I wanted to deposit the same amount in your branch.I have submitted all the required documents but still it is pending from 3 months.I went nearly 15 times to the branch, they are responding recklessly and behaving like class 4 people.I just asked them to deposit the amount not even I asked my money .What the hell those people are thinking.They said me to complaint to whomever you want.Manager and Deputy manager are not even responding,

I am N. RAJA SEKHER, a customer of 2 lakh chit in Tuni and have admitted my niece for 2 lakh chit and also her husband for another 10 lakhs Chit about 10 months ago.
But till date I have not got my agent commission for the 10 lakhs chit and when I ask the staff of Shriram chits office in TUNI, EAST GODAVARI DISTRICT in Andhra Pradesh, they say cock and bull stories and I am vexed with their behaviour.
There are many more friends and relatives of mine who are interested to join chits but because of the Shriram chits staff behaviour in TUNI, I am diverting these chits to Kapil Chit funds.
This is not the way your staff has to respond and I am very sorry to say that in the future I will not be doing any business with Shriram chits.
Please look into this matter.

The sriram chits sathupally branch manager, making forceful policies with chitti customers.

I did a 5-years chit, as agent told me that he will provide money in 3 months. After 3 months they said to wait till 10th month. After that the manager told us to make a policy for providing chit amount.

And it is not a small policy. The annual amount is 50000. As we need money for a urgent needy, we did the same. As we are from middle class, it is a big amount to pay every year.

It is happening to lot of poor people also. Please take a necessary action to get rid of this. The persons involved in this

I md. Zakir hussain chit reference no.84004/12. My auction is allowed on oct/2016 till now[protected]. My cheque was not yet released. I contact so may times to branch manager, vijayawada name : manoj, phone. No.[protected] said that name spelling mistake occurred, while contacted the branch manager, said that the mail sent to head office yet to be received. Hence it is requested to issuer my cheque along with interest as early as possible.

I Mr. Kaveti Govind Raju from Hyderabad paying two chits from vanstalipuram and kothapet branch of 3 lakhs and 5 lakhs. recently I have done my son marriage by means of this 3lakh chit.

I have participated in October auction and requsted for amount as per the manger satish of vanstalipuram branch (3528) said that it would be given on 20th of November but he not at showing any responsibility to get our cheque instead he suggest us to take a insurance which helps to get the cheque immediately.

Why we should take a insurance against the chit? which is not required to us.

And today when I called satish and shouted on him about the cheque he say go and cancel the chit and do not ask about chit to him, he says go and ask to the person who had suggest you to take a chit in shriramchits.

And we tried to reach DM of hyderabad who sits at DSNR Branch we are tried to reach him and complaint about the situation from 20th of November to till date he is never been in office (as per Satish and Balaswamy) he is continuously busy with the meetings. i am really suffering to get my money from chit fund and I am am paralyzed patient.

Hope this mail would help us. This is the last hope which make us trust on your chit fund or else we think Shriramchits is big fraud and this would be our last mistake, have taken discussion to pay chits in your chit funds.

I have been following up with you for more than one and half years for the below said three cases which has been filled against me as one of the witness in these three cases.

1. E.P no – 735/2015 in ARC in 371/2013 – Client name of E.Sivakumar
2. E.P no – 5811/2014 in ARC in 457/2012 – Client name of E.Shankar
3. E.P no – 3074/2015 in ARC in 283/2013 – Client name of V.S.Senthilkumar

But we have enquired all three case details and for the case no (735/2015) the client first party has sent the letter to west mambalam branch on 05.03.2015 and there is no reply from them (Letter attached).
Then we have went to Sriram Office in 5th Floor Greams Dugar, 149 Greams Road to meet the manager (Sivakumar) several times regarding this case but no result we have received from him and he routed us to check with (Sriram admin office at santhome - Ravichandran)

All the three witness person went to the office and met Ravichandran with two more senior person for discussed about this case details. After one week again we met the concern person regarding this cases and they told there is no issue with us only the branch manager at west mambalam had done all these fraudulence and they asked us to Provide the written letter with details and we have submitted the letter on same day itself (Letter attached) and after few weeks we met again ravichandran to check the status of the case, He confirmed us letter has been sent to Sriram office 5th Floor Greams Dugar, 149 Greams Road to releave all the three witness from these cases to manager (Sivakumar) to take action with detailed letter.
After few week again we went to Sriram office at 5th Floor Greams Dugar, 149 Greams Road to meet the manager (Sivakumar) he told us we have received the letter from them and sent it to our president to take the final decision on these cases.
Again after few week we went to meet manager (Sivakumar) but no result hence we planned to meet DGM (Navaneethan) directly. We have met and explained about these three cases and on same day we met the president and had a discussion, after discussion president asked DGM to collect the fact of the case details. DGM collected all the details and found out that no payment has been transferred to the client account nor chq has been issued for the three chit amount. DGM told us we will discuss with CEO in meeting and we will take the decision.
But still we have not yet received the final decision from DGM, President or CEO after finding out all the fact of the cases which has been file against us in these three cases till today.

For two cases court had issued the notice to my office to deduct the amount from my salary based on the court order my salary has been deducted for three month (March’16 to May’16) for total amount of Rs.25000 for first case (735/2015) and started to deducted next case (5811/2014) from June to till date.
We are middle class family and my family is running based on my salary due to deduction of my salary every month I am facing finance problem and keep going on borrowing amount for interest from outside and paying the interest. But I am unable to manage this situation for prolong.

Hence pls take the action against the west mambalam branch manager and provide the NOC letter to claim my deducted amount on high priority basis.

I am sorry to bring to your kind notice, that your shriram chtis pvt branch at buckingham pet, vijayawada, is not paying my chit prize amount of 5, 00, 000/-fic lakhs chit amount, even after compleing all the rlevant formalities. I have signed all the relevant security documents and submitted. At the most opportune moment of my requiement of money, the branch is not able to release my money. I shall be personally thakful and very much obliged to you if you look into the matter and get my money at your earliest convenience. This is my personal request. I have also got some other chits with the same branch and kindly see that no inconvenience is caused to me in the rlelease of my prize amounts. The branch manager was saying your one cheque was bounsed in 17/10/2012, s o pay the amount, i am saying these cheque was passed in that date, and also giving the pass book entry, pkease clear my issue, so many times he was talking too much.
