While i am enquiring about chit from online contact Sri ram Chit coimbatore crosscut Road branch Chit agent Tmt.Maria ([protected]) has approached me to take 3 lakh chit with 5 years duration. She gave me the commitment that prize money will be provided at the 3rd month itself for sure, (in return i must provide 2 government surety and should join 1 more 3 lakh chit). Second 3 lakh chit will be provided by 10th or 11th month with 1 government...

The chit fund ensure was completed in December 2019. After one year, the money has not been returned to me.

The person in charge, Prasad, keep his phone off or does not pick up the phone. After several attempts, when he sometimes picks up, he says it will be done in 3 weeks. This he has been telling for last 8-9 months.

Hi Team, i have fore closed the amount 3 27000 on 5 december on kattumanar koil branch. The bank amount collecting staff augtine (mob [protected] ) has agreed to give my registration MOD return within 8 days. But still My document is not returned to me by Andimadam rsub-registration office. he is not picking the call and responding properly. please do the MOD return at the earliest.

I have a chit in SriRam where I have won bif and have deposited amount in FD with SriRam Chits.

I have been requesting to encash the same for almost 3 months due to personal medical emergency I have surrendered my insurance policy as security where I have regularly paid my Yearly premium of 1.05Lakhs for 4 years and still running. Till now no response for this.

With reference to BC subscriber no [protected].in Amravati Branch, Unauthorize debit of Mandate charges of Rs 177 (three times) from my savings account occurred, also I received a message on my mobile.

As per my knowledge I have availed only one ECS service for Shriram chits fund since May 2019.

please clarify about these debit charges.and credit this debited amount to my savings account.

I have submitted my request to closure of my FD which was marked as lien against my chit[protected]. My chit period for 50months is over and I cleared all my dues and there are no pendings. I submitted my request to shriram chits to do the closure of my FD and credit the proceeds to my linked account. As of now there is no response from the shriram chits. Please action this immediately and confirm once this is done.

pls check the issue and refund my amount

This is Raju Kanuganti, vehicle Loan taken and this August month my total EMI payments are completed, Without any dues, My Registered mobile number is [protected] and loan number JNGONTW[protected], So I visited Jangaon branch on[protected], I asked to know about N O C, and i submit RC Card, one of the cashier or concern person, He is saying after 45 days you will get a call from us, its ok but my vehicle insurance is Over - he is also saying that you can clear insurance and come after 45 days, If you are clear insurance then only you will get N O C what is this, I want know.

Shriram chits company Chennai my chit amount 5 lacks rubees not given to me delayed and refused to disturbing my 5 lacks chit amount for last 6 months even complient with all authority

I am a client in Repalle Shriram chit branch in 15 Lakhs. My chit has been auction on 27/06/2020. I am submitted my property documents for shruty and mortgage was done on 13 Aug 2020. However Bid amount not released till date.

At present I am living in Tirunelveli. One staff from sriram chit vellore branch contacted me to join chit. I said to her i can't put chit in vellore branch as i am living in Tirunelveli. But she requested me several times to join due to her target. So i joined 2 chits. Then she said to me that if you refer and join 1 more you get 2 gram gold coin. So i refered my friend. And that she says that they were giving only silver coin. I do not wish to make that a big issue i leaved it.

Now she is telling that i don't know the chit date. You can't take chit now and she is speaking very rudely. And she is not allowing me to talk to manager. I am unable to travel to vellore to ask details about that.

Kindly do the needful to take my chit amount as early as possible and transfer it to my native branch.

I have joined the chit group in shriram chits tamilnadu pvt ltd., nagapattinam branch.
My group and ticket no. 167185/16.
The chit is bidden on 18.12.2019.
The surety was submitted two months before.

The prize money not received still now, but today morning when i approached the head office[protected].
They said that your ticket number is not bidded and the nagapattinam branch manager will contact me.
But still now evening 6, branch manager not contacted me.

In nagapattinam branch, there are two document section clerks along with admin officer and branch manager given my chit amount to someone else without the knowledge of head office.

It makes me to feel and learn that shriram chit has worst customer service.

After this complaint, my chit amount should reach me.

In pursawakkam branch i have completed 1 five lacs chit and i have took the chit 30 months a ago and done a fixed deposit and the maturity date on june 1st 2020
And i have completed all the chit dues by may 30 th and given the fixed deposit closure on june 3rd, 40 days gone but still my fixed deposit has not been credited in my account
And frequently i have enquing at pursawakkam branch but poor response stating that gm has not yet signed in the fixed deposit closure very very poor service i need my fixed deposit to close immediately and return the money

Hope you are fine and safe in this cvid-19 crisis.
I have been investing in various schemes of shriram for more than 25 years. However, i am worried about my pending returns of chit grp/tkt:67014/29 due to current covid-19 crisis (In the name of my wife neeta suhas mohite)

This is in continuation with my mobile conversation this morning with mr. Pavin, manager shriram chits, karad, maharashtra.

Currently, i am a member of chit grp/tkt:67014/29 which has reached maturity (50 instalments). The monthly payments take place by auto-deduction from my sbi account regularly for past 4 years and even during covid-19 situation in the last three months. However, this is the last month and the deduction has not taken place yet.

May i know why my monthly contribution / payment of rs.10000.00 for chit grp/tkt:67014/29 is not effected till date. You have been deducting the same regularly till last month (May 2020) before 15th.

This is the last (50th) payment and eventually, i was hoping to get my returns that i can spend for the planned furnishing my house which is long overdue (2 years).
From the conversation with mr. Pravin it appears that there is some difficulty in collecting dues from the other group members who already had taken their returns in advance.in all probability, i feel, i am going to suffer due to this. My trust for shriram is at stake. I have expressed my apprehension to him in the month of may 2020 and was hoping for the best.

I have not received any communication from the branch s far as t when i wi get my money back.

I am expecting professional & timely response and return of my money.

Iam veera chary, bidding 2 chits and it been legal after we discussed we agreed to pay some amount and remain in the form of emi. But at end of chit they want us to pay extra 20k for both the chits but opposed we are not supposed to pay as per agreedment pay. We wrote a note on mutual undestanding, while showing that note they making another story.. As we lost devident amount and paid intrest amount, fines, legal charges, legal notice charges. At end of the chits we paid almost 2times more then what we got amount. We discussed with the manager also he is not solving problems. Please solve our problem with humanity..

I have paid all my outstanding on 20.03.2020 towards chits no :[protected] but till date i haven't received my original property documents which had been given as collateral.

Very poor services is being provided by shriram chits purasawalkkm branch.
Always false promises are given to their clients.
