Chit money not giving till date. After so many follow up with shriram chits Annanagar office. No use.

They used my car for so many months.

when we ask money they say wait two days or officer out station and keep on lying. I donot know th reason.

please look into this and do needful. Any clarification please call me.

With reference to the above subject, i would like to bring to your notice that i have issued a cheque for rs 22000.00 dated 03.12.2016 vide cheque no 179483 of indian bank favouring m/s shriram chits pvt ltd. The same has been cleared on 15.12.2016. But amount rs22000.00 has not been credited to the above mentioned chit, instead they have credited only rs4200.00 vide receipt number[protected]. While inquiring the same through gandhi bazaar branch, staff has informed that remaining amount of rs17800.00 would be adjusted on later date as we had opened chit on 26.11.2016 and the same chit was started prior to our opened date. On inquiring the same at bellary branch, i came to know that the amount of rs17800.00 is credited to chit no 1130/80012/37 of bharathi manjula on 03.12.2016 vide receipt number[protected] with same cheque issued by me. Request you to consider this matter at your end and rectify the same at the earliest on top priority and recredit the amount of rs17800.00 + interest claimed till date

Hii this is pream chand i bought a bike in shriram chits giddalur branch, i kept the emi process through online transactions or salary cutting but u r team unable to make online transactions and again they are asking to pay directly nd i am staying in hyderabad so how could i go nd pay every month... This makes me alot of problem i already complain about it few times but the giddalur branch unable to make transactions so make sure it clear

I have a fifteen years old two-wheeler, which is yet to expire so in order to get that updated, i visited the rto office and enquired about the process involed.
They said you should get a noc copy and form 35 from your finance support institution that is sriram chits,
So visited the sriram chit office, where officers gave null important to my request and simply said, that much old bike isn't worth, and that too that much old documents can't be searched.
So both noc and form 35 can't be issued.
At this point i don't know what to do, and where to complaint

I am having 2 chits with sriram chits neyveli branch, tamilnadu.

Chit value - 2 x 10, 00000 = 20, 00000

I had bit one 10l chit on may 7th 2018 and arranged all the needed sureity and documents and everything submitted to neyveli branch two months back and got the confirmation that i will receive the money in 10 days. Not it been more than two months that i didn't receive the money and worst part is no one has any clue what's going on with this.

I called neyveli branch manager (I don't want even call that guy as manager) 100 times, everyday he says i will get the money today, i also called chennai head office many times but they also doesn't have any clue, simply saying we need to check with branch.

So i am not sure why should i wait for 5 months to get money, will you wait for 5 months if i am not paying monthly due every month? Are you going to pay the interest for my money?

Why the hell i have to wait 5 months to get my money? Are you guys planning to escape with everyone's money?

Till now i tried all the options to get my money, if i didn't get my money then i will have to go to press and file complaint in police station that you are cheating the customers.

I am waiting for positive response.

I am paying instalment every month with fine if i am late paying but even though madipkkam branch rm & sankar collection agent are giving torcher to me for everymonth so because of this i am going to die … my another chit hold.

I took loan of rs. 1, 00, 000 from shriram chits governarpeta, vijaywada branch. My monthly emi is 6170. My emi due date is 7-9-2018.

Today i. E., 12/09/2018 your manager from the same branch his name is nagaraju (+91 [protected]) called me and said that my cheque is bounced however i'm having money in my sbi account without deducting money from my account how can he drop my cheque and bounce the cheque and the way he is talking to the customer is not at all good, he is very rude and demanding to the customer.

I am sending my account statement also. Please find below attach ment (I am having all proofs).

I have call recordings also.

I request you to take immediate action on him if not i will take legal action on shriram chits so be careful...

My name is ch sarada I am from bhimavaram. I had chit in bhimavaram branch and it was completed. I had went to bhimavaram branch 3months ago and submited all the requried documents for recovering my amount.but untill now there was no response from the branch. And the branch manager was demanding money. And not responding properly and using ugly language. Please sort out my problem . Iam complaining to you because I am still believe in shriram chits.

Auction conducted on july 8 th in andhra pradesh srikakulam branch 2. And my chit number is nmr5/49 on the name of konada gnanesh. They made us to do an insurance police of 70000 but till now after 2 months there is no mater of money after submitting everything. They are just saying only thing from last one month that you money will come today today today.. Please take some action sir.

Chit auction conducted in july 14th in mvp colony branch vizag. S. Bidder is chit no 7705/45 on the name virajita vainateya. Submitted all documents as per procedure but not processed yet inspite of protracted pursuance. I am 25 year old customer, chit auction was bidded on higher side for want of funds. But so far your office has not processed the bid prize. Very poor state of affaires in shrirama which i have been experiencing since fee years and felt very bad that brought me to this stage. Hope this will make them realise to process early

Please let me know how much time will you take to give the bid mount to the party after auctioned the chit.

I had a chit with shriram chits p ltd and auctioned. But so far i could not get the money.

As im very old customer of the branch i rrquest you to kindly inform how much time will you tske to releae the bid amount.

I have bought sriram akshay nidhi life insurance policy in 21/12 2010. As per sriram chits promise about this policy commitment in this policy, i am supposed to receive a payment of inr 57, 500 in 5th year (Which was 2016). It has been 2 years now but still we are waiting for this check. While following up with trichy branch we got to know that the check was sent to a wrong address as per their records. (Door number and street mismatch in the address in your system)

We have been following with trichy branch for more than 3 months now but no proper response received.

I was regular customer of pattukkottai shriram chits some 7 years ago. Before 7 years i took last chits. They took rs 10000 — for insurance. For 3 years scheme, i left with one payment only.
As per rbi act my balance amount to be released to me.
But the pattukkottai branch officer sent one person to my house for collection of the arrears.
I was shocked to know asking arrears by sending special person to my house and i request to take necessary action to get back my amount as per rbi guide lines.

Hi, this is Ramesh from Amalapuram, we used to pay around 4000 per month as a savings for Sriram chit fund-Reference no-56011, 3 months back our chit amount was released but they didn't give us my amount, I have visited so many times and called many times but he is trying to escape like they will give next week next month like that they are postponing, we fed up with chit amount, kindly take necessary action

Sriram chits senior manager lingaraju id no. Cl00254. Recently he transferred to sangareddy. I am k krishna my policy no. Np[protected]. At the time of joining i asked him "if i want to cancel the policy within how much time i can cancel and how much amount i will get" for this he replied within 3 years and you will get 80% amount. So now it is 4th year, i dint paid policy, due to some financial problem i want to cancel the policy. I asked him to cancel but now he is telling it requires 5 years to cancel and i will get only 30% amount. And he is not receiving my call.
Like this he wrongly promised me, please help me.

This paul prabhu i took a bike from mahindra showroom before 3years and i couldn't clear the amount because my health got problems suffered in jaundice and piles so i kept my bike to one person for interest and that person said give of me only this bike i will pay for shriram and your executive came but he told and gave don't pay why ur paying mistakes are done from u people and we suffer for whole life in cibil mark and later we complained they collected some 3 installment then now again they stopped collecting your are keeping bleady lazy executive don't come and collect but we should suffer for all types loan stupid executives if they gut's they have collect send your person i will show the shop of that person come every month on time collect the money and go tell your lazy executives to speak in proper way and collect the money my number is [protected] can call me after 5 in evening

Chit tkt no. 4270/65023/ 25, 26, 27 & 28 - prema.in one of the above tkts, i had got the chit in april 18 month. After submitting the required documents, informed that documents are invalid as the surety is retiring in may 18. Eventhough i was made as an agent, the chit amount could not be processed till date for one reason or the other. The amount due is around rs. 4.25 lakhs. Considering the huge amount, request to settle with due interest.

Last week I applied personal in your organisation Ambur Branch. I gave all documents for that. Then they assured give with in 10 days. But the field officer call to me i will saw your house. That time i had in my personal duty. They i told him you will come. Then he agreed. But not came tomorrow. Then i called him by mobile phone, but he said i am not come your convenience and he reject my file with a reason of customer not satisfaction. Then I told Branch Manager he also said the same reason and my agreement was destroyed and returned all documents to me.
Then i said customer care and senior officer. Anybody not care it. pl. help me.

I have lifted my chit in the month of february but till yet the manger and the agent is not giving the amount.
They are black mailing to pay new life insurances then only the chit amount will be paid.
This is the sixth month the chit has been lifted but yet it has not be given to me.

The manger and agent are harrasing and blackmailing without giving the chit amount.

In spite of my personal visit and telephonic conversation, i have not received my ledger details of my chit no.67005, ticket no.21 of rs.5, 00, 000/- which as marked as auctioned, without my concern. I request you to furnish the details when was the auction conducted and who are the attendees also on behalf of me.in case of failure to provide the aforesaid details suitable legal action might be taken up.
