This is xxxxx working for an mnc company. One of my friend came to me and took signature for her friend and by that time i was not noticed that it is mere surety signature. After 3 years sriram chits sent a court notice to company saying that there is 3 lakhs amount was due and that amount will be deducted from the employee salary. There is to and forth communication was happened between hr and myself and the amount was paid by defender. But still sriram chits team is not ready to send a noc to my company and due to that it will be effected my job and my salary (Because hr does not care till he receives noc) when my brother went to the company and talked to venkatateswara redyy (Sriram chits manager) he arrogantly responded saying we dont bother if you loose job we are still expecting 30000 amount. And one more thing along with me 3 more people have signed up but they are sending this notice only to me.
Sriram chits such a # company and the managers and people are xxxxx dont have words to say
