Sir i got phone call from shriram regarding personal loan you have take insurance policy for 32000/-, i paid amount through mobile banking 32000/-, but for verification of insurance they called me, i told only for personal loan i paid amount he canceled my insurance and ur amount will be refunded to ur account in two days, but still now my amount 32000/-not added.
