With lots of confidence on Shriramcity as a India premier financial services company like you who is the largest financial services provider in India and one of the largest market players in retail finance. With the best quality support in mind i had purchase one seizing vehicles (Activa -3G scooter, JH05-BT1259 Dt: 22:04:2019) from your Jamshedpur EF branch.
At the time of purchasing your branch office representative gave me very good confidence and they told me that our representative will help and guide you to transfer ownership of seizing vehicles but after paying the amount Rs @ 31000/- all behavior of your representative will be changed.
At the time of purchasing they have given me only NOC and form-35. They have not given me an RC copy of Activa vehicles at the time of purchasing. I am facing very harassing and irresponsible behavior from your end. After that myself go to Jamshedpur RTO and try to transfer ownership of vehicles. Due to my hardwork and losing lots of hard earn money after 2 years, I got an RC of seizing vehicles (Activa) as I have enclosed in mail.
Jamshedpur RTO representative has given me a Transfer of ownership form. In this form your branch office signature is required. I have submitted this form in your jamshedpur branch office on 30th -July-21.
My request to you please do signature on Transfer of ownership form so that i can become owner of my purchase Activa vehicles. with lots of expectation i am writing it to you and expecting a responsible response from your side. All the relevant documents and snap are attached herewith.
