Shriram Housing Finance — Refund of Processing Charges of Rs.5900 + Rs.44840 charged for Cancelled Housing Loan

Shriram Housing finance Loan sanctioned me but i have not taken disbursement due to sanctioned amount less then my requirement, as they have taken signature and HDFC bank blank cheques along with Rs.5900 towards processing charges from me at the time of initial process they have deposited my cheque of Rs.44840 towards processing charges and also debited my 1st EMI of Rs.8799 (pre emi) without disbursement. Now Jinesh Panchamiya manager at Mumbai Andheri branch denies to refund as i cancelled Loan.
