C.B.SARMA, age 75 Policy no. NP[protected]. Local office Mandapeta. E.G.Dt. on maturity submitted all papers along with policy to the local office at Mandapaeta on 10.06.2015. The local office lost some papers thrice and I submitted them. Complained to the customer care of the company. stereotype replies received even after 15 days of complaint. Aug 20, 2015 Updated by Sarma Bc The mail given to the GRO with address vsreekanth.[protected]@shriramlife.in as given in the list of this website returned un delivered with the remark ''The error that the other server returned was: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable'' This company is not only cheating the public, it is cheating the Government also with wrong information. The mails given to the address ''[protected]@schits.com'' of the flagship of the company were not answered or not even acknowledged. They are maintaining stone silence. The only source speaking occationally is the customer care and there is no information from them. This is causing worry and annoyance. This company is totally deaf and dumb and pay scant respect to the greviances of the customer

The mail given to the GRO with address vsreekanth.[protected]@shriramlife.in as given in the list of this website returned un delivered with the remark ''The error that the other server returned was:
550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable''
This company is not only cheating the public, it is cheating the Government also with wrong information. The mails given to the address ''[protected]@schits.com'' of the flagship of the company were not answered or not even acknowledged. They are maintaining stone silence. The only source speaking occationally is the customer care and there is no information from them. This is causing
