Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd — Loan no- papdtt[protected] tn32ab-8446- jcb 3dx

We applied loan for TN32AB-8446- JCB 3DX last month and we were informed that the 10 Lakhs for 7% interest will be the charge by Anbu D- [protected] and Kabilan K- [protected].

After waiting for more than a month and continuous follow-up and at last we got 9-lakhs only for the interest of 22% ( based on my calculation)- please refer to the below statement sent by them. When we asked Kabilan about this, he told us that this is the money we got/offered you and if you don’t want you close the loan by paying the 574495.00 interest and 900000.00 -loan amount.

I am not sure on what basis 574495.00 interest was applied to 900000.00 -loan amount for 60 month tenure with the emi of 24576rs/month. I don't know why he is asking to close this loan now.

I need clarity on why ~22% of interest was charged for us and why the branch person Kabilan is asking to close the loan by paying 574495.00 interest and 900000.00 -loan amount?

We have also paid around 30, 000rs as a document fee to process the loan.

Please note, we took loan for the same JCB-3DX and we were asked to pay 3 rupees interest (36%) for the pending due amount that comes around 6K for the DUE amount apart from the regular EMI, this was the main reason why we closed the old loan and now the new loan end up with this big issue.

Please someone look into this issue and update us, we have tried to contact almost everyone in the branch and no one was helpful.
