Loan installment of 18 times deducted extra 19 times. Please return the extra amount deducted. My loan account number is.- CDAMBPL[protected] please check this issue. It's been 7months and money is not returned....

For the last two months i have depodied rs 10000 and 10000 respectively pl supply the details to my address

We applied loan for TN32AB-8446- JCB 3DX last month and we were informed that the 10 Lakhs for 7% interest will be the charge by Anbu D- [protected] and Kabilan K- [protected].

After waiting for more than a month and continuous follow-up and at last we got 9-lakhs only for the interest of 22% ( based on my calculation)- please refer to the below statement sent by them. When we asked Kabilan about this, he told us that this...

I was stfc customer and I settled the loan 9 months back.my vehicle number is SK01T0718 in the name of Kiran Sharma who is my cousin.my complaint is regarding the unprofessional attitude of the branch credit manager, although the staffs and agents are very good and cooperative and their service to customer is very satisfactory.
My suggestion and feedback to the company is that the company should throw these type of credit manager...

Without any notice first siege my Vehicle by SFTC when visited in Branch I knew that your vehicle has been sell out & Same not my knowledge this is very issue. When meet Branch Manager in Gwalior SFTC he told that you have due 39 k for clear loan & Your vehicle also sell now Clear your dues for close the Loan if required I will waive of 15 thousand Rs. Pls resolve my matter on urgent basis I want my Vehicle with clear all unnecessary dues...

During the booking time, no one said about the rules and regulations of the company. If we want to modify the booked dates, for that they are not ready to refund the advance amount. Even for that they need 15 days time to credit it to my account. This type of service i have never seen anywhere of india.

Very very very worst service and i will never recommend others to stay in this type of oyo rooms....

I had taken loan for my Mahindra max pickup. I paid all dues. When i tried to get NOC for my vehicle no MP-53-G-0331 then no response from shriram transport finance company. They make only excuses, even their online customer executive have no answer or proper solution for my vehicle NOC. My loan agreement number is TPLWID0080044. I want my NoC not your excuses. Otherwise I will knock courts door. Also listen your one of the executive reply...

Refer to my earlier requests dated from April 10 2016 regarding my cancellation of ShriRam FD-17314 invested through FundsIndia vide cheque no 631110. I had clearly stated that I am not interested in making any investment and wanted my money refund immediately and that is why I had not sent the signed application. Then you had told me to send a signed request that you do not want the money of Rs 10000 to be invested and want full refund....

I was employee of shriram transport finance company from 2011 nov to may 2012. Till may month i was working at ramdaspeth branch of STFC ltd.On may month our Regional branch head ask to me quit the job and i quit the job because i don't want any argument to them. our company procedure is after one month a employee can get all the settlement on paper. but still i am not getting any thing from stfc ltd company.
