Hi,
This is Jagadish from bangalore, & i just wanted to know the vehicle seasing charges as per the company rules, because the thing is, i purchased a Toyota Qualis Two months back which was the loan pending of (Rs 260000, 20 EMI's) & the due of 5 EMI's, at the time when i purchased, lolakamma told me that there is 2 months due's are pending which i wanted to pay immediately, & it was cleared.
Today evening by 5 o clock, somebody from sriram finance came & seased the vehicle.
I am ready to pay, whatever the due's are pending, as per my knowledge, the seasing charges goes as i mentioned below.
Shed charges : 500
seased person commission : 1000
So Plz let me know that what is the vehicle seasing charges i need to pay to the company.

I have purchased JCB machine through Sriram transport finance co Bhagalpur Branch. and i had deal with STFC (Birndra Deo ) for rate of interest of loan and the deal was finalized at 8%. After purchasing of JCB they have delayed to give us all the document. when i asked then found the rate of interest is 9.45%.Which is above the finalized deal.
Kindly help on this issue and requesting to take action of this type of person who is spoiling company's name and goodwill.
