[Resolved] Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd — Refund of money | |||||
Refer to my earlier requests dated from April 10 2016 regarding my cancellation of ShriRam FD-17314 invested through FundsIndia vide cheque no 631110. I had clearly stated that I am not interested in making any investment and wanted my money refund immediately and that is why I had not sent the signed application. Then you had told me to send a signed request that you do not want the money of Rs 10000 to be invested and want full refund. I had given you the same declaration. And now you are telling me to send a signed application. What is your intention ? Why you are sitting duck on my hard earned money ? Why you are harassing me like this causing undue economic losses to me ? Once I am not interested in the investment and not sent a signed application, why you are again asking for a signed application ? Please refund my hard earned money at the earliest. You have got no right to keep my money without my consent which is illegal and against NBFC policy. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Dear sir .proudly i can say am a sriram customer. But in tindivanam branch (kamatchi Amman koil st).they r playing with my documents. For top up Loan amount they need MODT once again.and already submit my MODT.documents.pls verify my details and make it arrangements to given loan for my business development purpose. Thank u.
