not giving possession

Booked my flat at shukan smile city, new ranip, ahmedabd.before 2year.I gave full payment of flat but still now flat site not completed and builder not giving possession.further more Builder not providing the documents of my flat which I booked and not giving proof that I booked my flat and gave full payment. There are 300 costumers of the site who also have same problem.Me and ALL costumers are being fraud by the developer.The name of developer...
