I paid 2, 50000 RS to Shwas homes as a booking amount for the Flat (Project Fortuna Flat 3B-1, Date :05/31/2014), I got the commitment (From the sales manager as well as sales representative) the company will refund the booking amount If I cancelled my booking with in 30 days .

I paid Rs 6 lakhs for booking a flat in their Aquacity Project in 2008 which they promised would be completed in 2009 December. However, in the beginning of 2009 I observed that they had not even done piling and therefore cancelled the booking and asked them to refund my money.
