Shyam Krupa Enterprise — Item Exchange and Refund issues

Hi Abhijeet, just wanted to check with you if they followed up later and you got it resolved. I also purchased an EarPods (around 2 weeks back) and got a defective piece with issues in audio & mic. I have been following up with them by pinging in WhatsApp, mailing, calling & what not! But there's no proper response from anyone at all! I received an automated mail that said a ticket is raised but no further details.
It has already gone to frustrating and disappointing levels now. There's no proper person who can handle complaints I think. Please update on what happened with your case. Thanks in advance!

Even i to ordered i pod (order number 6212)
The right sided i pod is not working properly and
I am not happy with the quality of product
I have called many times but no one is replying me.
So please help me to return/refund.

i had online Purchased smart watch (order no-# 9414-c, dated[22/06/2022] from Shyam Krupa Enterprise (Seller based on Ahmedabad) and received empty box (problem already shared with seller). I had called many times and sent emails and messages, but he is not responding.

So, please help me for exchange/refund money.
