Shyam Krupa Enterprise — Received defective product - Order #5495

Hi Team,

I had ordered for an Apple Earpods with lightning connector (Order ID: 5495) on 7th January and I received it on 18th Jan. Unfortunately, I noticed that the mic was not working. There was a lot of disturbance while using the mic & it was hardly capturing any voice at all. Also, the sound quality was found to be very ordinary while listening to songs or etc. I had mailed the team informing on the same, on 19th Jan.

I waited for around 2 days initially to hear back from the team, but there was no proper response. I have not yet received any reply except an automated mail that said a ticket is raised. I tried to contact the team multiple times on the number provided in website, but nobody ever picked the phone!

This is deeply concerning since a customer generally believes and buys products from your site, expecting that it will be of the right quality and if not, could follow up and get it resolved. If there’s no way to contact your team post-delivery of the product, it’s not the right approach!

As mentioned above, I'm not happy with the product I received. I primarily bought it to use its microphone, which wasn't working. I am willing to return the defective product and get my money refunded. I have been requesting for a refund in all my follow-ups, but there’s no response for that as well. Kindly take an action at the earliest.
