Siemens Home India — Combi Oven not working for 2 months | |
I requested repair of My Combi Oven on July 14th 2021 In Khar West Mumbai. The repair is still not complete after technicians visiting 4 times. They visited once to assess. 2nd time to replace 2 out of 3 parts required even after requesting that they do it at one time to to avoid waste of time and inconvenience to customer. Did not work. Visited 3rd time with last part and still did not work as the previous 2 parts got damaged when installing 3rd as they all needed to be installed together AT THE SAME TIME. New parts are continuously being ordered with no tentative schedule or timeline for completing. I have made over 16 calls to Customer Service line and most often they have given me a different area or regional manager to contact for further resolution. Mr, Anand for ordering parts, Mr. Binoy Paul, Mr. Yogesh Tawre, Mr. Sohail Khan and today Mr. Shaikh for checking on complaint and service visit schedule? Too many points of contact. Part required has finally come Saturday Sept 12th and I was informed that a technician will call me Monday Sept 13th to confirm appointment. No one called me from Siemens. I called customer care and was given an area manager to speak with that informed me that the part ordered is faulty and would need to be ordered again? I know the pandemic has caused many delays and issues on logistics and we need to be understanding of this but this is actually beyond a reasonable time frame. Even Audi sent for my parts from Germany because they weren't in stock and they arrived in 14 days...vehicle fixed in 3. Siemens has some other issue. I don't understand companies like this that treat customers so poorly and operate without any rationale or proper system in place. Its actually incompetence as there is no clarity of information. Its a shame because the products are so good but will never wish anyone experience this pain and waste of customers time and energy. I have samsung, IFB & hafele appliances as well and touch wood there has never been more than a 3-4 day waiting for any service or repair. Advice, when looking for appliances please see dependable serviceability as a main reason for purchase. Hope Siemens Home India can make themselves more efficient and dependable.
