Bought a Siemens fully automatic washing machine and called for installation on 22nd April, technician mr. R. Selvam who came for installation took rs. 1700 for installation and decalling powder, the de-scaling powder was sold at rs.700 for 250 gms (2 packs), when refused to buy, pointed to be compulsory on installation, which was not guided during purchase of machine from Viveks chennai, Found to be against law to compel to buy non worthy products to complete basic need of installation, Was this information helpful? | |||
