[Resolved]  Siemens Home India — poor after sales service for washing machine

Dear sir/ma'am

We have purchased a washing machine of your company on february 2017.

1) first of all the machine was delivered after 2 months of payment.

2) it has been 2 years since the purchase and there has been some defect in our machine at least 5-7 times till date. Every time after after we complaint, the issue has been solved at least after 30 days.

3) recently we have complained regarding the defect in our machine on 25.06.2019. It has been over 40 days since the complain & the company has failed to deliver its commitment for the part.

4) we are completely unsatisfied with the product and also with after sale service as we aren't getting the proper service for the same.

5) we request you to kindly replace our machine as whole as this kind of performance is not acceptable by us.

6) please note that our product is under warranty.
