Sightsavers — Mandate not being cancelled despite multiple calls and emails

I have sent multiple mails to [protected]@sightsaversindia.org asking for cancellation of my ECH mandate but I have not received a response.

I also called and the agent mentioned it would be cancelled within 3 days but I have not received any email confirming it - instead I get another SMS saying the next monthly deduction will be done in a few days, without my consent.
