I jc 215279 l ex sub (Hony sub maj) pankoj chakraborty, retired from corps of signals on 01 april 2004. But by mistake my spouse sure name wrong entered in the ppo, i applied for correction in the sure name of my wife and as per part ii oder ammendment already done, please send the corringendum ppo with correct sure name of wife ie milan chakraborty instead of milan chakravarty.
