I applied for the change ofspouse name and date of birth. The date of birth is changed but there is a spelling mistake in the name the correct name is PK JOTHIBALAKRISHNAN.Please remove the letter Y in the name

Sir,
I have submitted an application for change of address with the farwarding of soldier board Lucknow and posted it in 1st week of Nov 2019. Till date i did not get any informaton of the matter. I also email to signal records copy to soldier board Lucknow on 1st jun 2021 for the same.
It is my humble request to NER section please do the needful.
