[Resolved]  Sikka Broadband — Not refunding my amount

I have paid sikka broadband in lucknow an amount of rs 5951 for new fiber connection on 5 june 2020. But later after 10 days the company told me that the connection is not possible at my location so i will get refund in 2 to 3 days.
But more than 20 days are passed and still they dont refunded my amount.
Also their customer care not recieve my calls many times or if they receive and i ask them for refund, they rudely disconnect my calls
One employee ankit tiwari (Mobile no [protected] email - [protected]@sikkanet.com) works in sikka in accounts and refund management. Somehow i got his number and i contacted him to ask for my refund, he talked me badly and behaved rudely as he was challenging to do whatever you want, he will not give refund.
After that he never responded my any calls.
Kindly please take proper action against these fraud companies and employees
