Regarding refund

I am a user of sikka broadband services, i had done a recharge on 9 june 2023 at 10:45 am which went successful but the recharge did not reflected in my account so i contacted the customer service & they told me to recharge again while the previous money will be refunded in my bank account within 24-72 hours so i did the recharge again on the same day at 1:24 pm which went successful & reflected in my account.
The problem is that i haven't received the refund yet, i have already mailed the sikka account team but they didn't replied with a satisfactory answer.

Internet not working since last 30-40 days

Service not provided by Sikka broadband even after taking advance payment for full year. Internet not working since last 40 days . No one is picking my phone and there is no support for customer. Worst internet service provider in Lucknow

Wifi not working for 3 days and customer care is saying that complaint has been registered but not technician came to fix it, which is hampering my office work.

Not fixing my issue even after payment

I recharged sikka broadband at Rs 1500 but I am not able to connect to WIFI.
They are now not responding to my calls and I want my money to be refunded if they cannot fix it.

Not refunding my amount
I have paid sikka broadband in lucknow an amount of rs 5951 for new fiber connection on 5 june 2020. But later after 10 days the company told me that the connection is not possible at my location so i will get refund in 2 to 3 days.
But more than 20 days are passed and still they dont refunded my amount.
Also their customer care not recieve my calls many times or if they receive and i ask them for refund, they rudely disconnect my calls
One employee ankit tiwari (Mobile no [protected] email - [protected]@sikkanet.com) works in sikka in accounts and refund management. Somehow i got his number and i contacted him to ask for my refund, he talked me badly and behaved rudely as he was challenging to do whatever you want, he will not give refund.
After that he never responded my any calls.
Kindly please take proper action against these fraud companies and employees
