I am a user of sikka broadband services, i had done a recharge on 9 june 2023 at 10:45 am which went successful but the recharge did not reflected in my account so i contacted the customer service & they told me to recharge again while the previous money will be refunded in my bank account within 24-72 hours so i did the recharge again on the same day at 1:24 pm which went successful & reflected in my account.
The problem is that i haven't received the refund yet, i have already mailed the sikka account team but they didn't replied with a satisfactory answer.
