I have completed mba in information system from sikkim manipal university in year 2009. I have received my all detail mark sheets, provisional certificate and degree certificate. None of these certificates contain words "information system" as specialization with mba. It is simple "master of business administration" on certificates.

The last date to change my examination Centre location was 2nd March and I mailed smu helpdesk but did not get any reply. I tried calling the customer care but no one picked. Who is responsible for such things. When I tried calling today they are trying to put everything on me.

Irresponsible people are sitting in the help desk and speaking non sense. Is the way you treat your students? Don't we have value...

Why this university is not making any efforts to help hunderds of student who wants to go for higher education in US and Canada immigration. there degree stated in evaluation as degree from non-recognized institution. World Education Service does not recognize Sikkim Manipal University. Students' career is at stake and Sikkim Manipal University has nothing to say about it. It would be better if they invested lesser money on advertisements to fool aspirants and instead worked on improving their quality....
