Sir,
On November 24th 2020 i was looking for a online part time job on Quikr and then I got a WhatsApp message from a person named Harsh Patel.(+[protected].
They offered me to type 1400 forms in 10days and each form they will pay 25rs.
They told that i can earn 35000rs in 10 days.
He asked me to give the adhaar card, alternate no., email id.
When I gave this he sent me a mail to sign the agreement and I haven't signed it. But they didn't force me to sign it.
The agreement had the rules that if I am not able to type the 1400 forms in 10days I have to pay the compensation of 7100 or they will file the FIR on me on the court.
When I started working I realised that this company is a fraud from YouTube. On the same day I asked them to cancel my registration. They asked why I said them
When I was browsing the YouTube channel I came to know that it's a fraud company and many have been cheated by these name. So I want to cancel it but they said I have to pay 7100/- for cancellation.
Even though if we will fill all the forms with 90%accuracy the will send a msg ur QC has been rejected. Many of them have experienced this. So I only did two forms and waited for the time to finish. After 15 days they called me I did not receive it then the advocate named Aman Shah mailed me about my legal department notice I didn't reply the next day in the morning another advocate named minhaz mailed me that they got my file and have filed an fir against me if I don't want to be arrested I have to give them 7100+3500 in the company's bank account.

They offered job and asked to submit in 10 days. I submitted it on time but the QC report shows failed. Then they started calling for compensation for the failed work otherwise they move to legal actions. They started threatening through whatsapp and messages.

I have applied for the online work from job and recived a call from this number (+[protected] who shared some of the information about form filling as follows on what's app and asked me to share the pan card and aadhar card information through what's app . The text which she shared me as follows:

Then she asked me to wait for one more verification call they just asked me whether you are wiling to do the job and your utility and maintenance charge will be deducted from the first month salary . It's a one time charge . Then I agreed as it's going to be deducted from the salary . Then, she shared me the singed agreement and acceptance letter without I'm doing anything on my email since they have collected the email address already through what's app.

Then I called the lady whom I spoke with on (+[protected]. She didn't receive my call and no further proper responses after the username and password I received from them. Hence I left the work in pending as the issue with the working site.

However I received a call from the person avinash on +[protected] who told me that he was from legal officer and gonna raise a complaint against me if I'm not paying the utility charge as penalty by the given time frame of 15-30 mins .I will be taken the court and so many sections he read out against me he is gonna file . I was scared and thought of my family reputation and paid the amount of 7100 and he asked me to copy paste the below statement on what's app

Dear User,

I *Nivetha Venkatesan* declared that i have cleared the Utility & maintenance charges / Legal charges to the *SILICON TECHNOLOGY* Company” Rs. 7, 100/- On[protected] date for my mistakes and also I agreed that I have no objection in future towards the company.

Thank You.

Then he put me through to the next person for verification of payment and there won't be any issues in future .

But the next person whom I spoke with asked me to pay more than a lakhs else atleast 18500 to release from the issue . Else he is gonna take legal action against me on sections 73, 75, 420, 112 it seems. I just disconnected the call . Felt it was a unhealthy conversation. Kindly please look into this and get the amount of 7100 reimbursed as a girl im literally worrying lot about this .

Im student one day I was searching for part time job, after few days i received a watsapp message from a man claim that he's a part of that organization and would like to offer the job . I accepted the job since it was a form filling job where I have to fill 1400 forms within 10 days so i had completed but they told today i couldnt do the job with90% accuracy so they told me if you pay the fees rs8500 or com to gujarat court so im afraid about that and asking money to my friends and paid to him but again they asked me to pay fees rs7100 pls help me to solve this problem...plz help me sir

Again the company advocate is threatening with lawyer to pay more money. They mails are coming from Silicon Technology. Whereby I have paid them money yet they are calling for legal proceedings. Can I be helped to sort these people.

I searched a job in quikr and i got a call from a lady and said that we have to clear 1400 forms in 10 days and asked the documnets like adhar or voter id i gave voter id and i got some agreement copies in mail and even though after clearing 90%acuracy they sended it as failed and asked me to pay some penalties and some fraud advocate called me and asked me to pay 25500 as penaulty if not they will file a FIR against me and my family pls stop these kind of fraud

My name is Sonal The girl called Purva Patel called me on behalf of company for offering online form filling job dropped me agreement by Neeta patel from company. Which she told me that after submitting the work I will get 35000 less their registration fees 7100. I submit the work after working hard for 10 days and they said to mail the pdf file to help id : [protected]@gmail.com. On submitting I got an sms that qc is failed so now to clear the NOC I have to pay 8500/- for softeware to correct my mistakes and then I will get payment 43500 as Salary. The advocate Arti Pradhan calls me to pay the software charges and she will send me the money in few mins after the file gets cleared. Another call comes from company to get confirmation whether I want to continue or not. I f yes then I have to pay 14500 for 2 months deposit and if I cancel then I have to pay 21500/- for cancelling the contract. I requested to deduct the amount from salary that they are suppose to pay but refused to do that and now I don't have money to pay them. I told them to pay my salary amount since I paid for correction file which is my legal right to be paid and then I can pay their cancellation charges. Which is very fair. I started working on a company from November, I found them through quiker, it was filling 1400 forms 10 days 35000 salary.i signed their fraud agreement.
I completed 1399 forms within 10 days 1 form had issue so as extention amount they asked 3100 rs and I have it, work completed.
For 3 days they were not online on whatsapp and they didn't attend my calls.
After a week they told my work failed and I want to pay 7100 rs mentioned on agreement.i refused and a fraud advocate called Minhaz called me and said I want to pay 78000rs, and I found they are frauds, please help me.

I have already complained about this they are calling and telling me to pay 25000rs extra i have already paid 7100rs plz help me with it I'm in very bad situation they are torturing me to pay telling legal notice will come plz help me to sort out this

A lady called for online job they asked me for aadhar card after that they sent verification to me and sent acceptance letter and agreement letter in mail named sili tech company they told 10 days work 1400 form filling out of tat 1260 must be correct you'll receive 35000rs salary i did my job aft 10 days they sent a fake qc report and said it's failed they asked me to pay 7100rs an advocate called me and sent a bank detail to send me the cash i did i have sent the cash then after an hour they again called me telling noc department and told me to pay 25000rs to cancel the agreement they r very fake and cheating threatening me please help me with it.

They called me for home based job they sent a verification code and they sent acceptance letter and one notice they told 10 days work 1400 form filling in 10 days salary is 35000.They told to submit me with 90% accuracy I did it but after 10 days they told QC report fail and told me to pay 7100 a advocate called me she sent a bank detail i sent the cash of Rs.7100 after that they called again and said to pay 25000rs to cancel the agreement i told i can't pay i already paid 7100 then too they are threatening me. They are very fake and cheating by cash please help me with it.

She told that they will give 1400 forms and I should fill it in 10 days.
They will 25 rs for each form so maximum 35000 rs can be earned they told.
She asked me to send my adhaar, email I'd and alternate no.
She sent me email a agreement form and said that she will call me and I should say ok to do work.
After that I said ok she sent me the fake document which consisted that I should fill 1400 forms in 10days with 90%accuracy.
If I am not able to fill or not achieve accuracy I have to pay compensation of 7100 rs or they will file the FIR against me.
She sent the link and username, password to me.
I completed 680 forms in 2 days.
When I was viewing YouTube I saw that online data entry fraud is going on and many have cheated from this method.
Even though if we complete 1400 form with 90%accuracy they will reject the form as the website password and username is with them.
And many have been cheated by this company.
I am afraid that same thing would happen to me.

I submited by whatsapp then she asked to say "iam interested" when they call...as she said iam done after that she blocked me and i recieved a agreement in gmail... I thought it was fake... I didnt cared but after 15 days someone call me and said you didnt finished the given work so you have to pay 7100 otherwise we will take legal action...i ignored call then they sended advocate document to me in gmail and warned me to pay amount... But consulted my advocate and they said its a fraud and dont worry they cant do anything to you... Just ignore the call... But they blackmailing me daily... Please sir iam a middle class family please solve this problem and help me out many students like me are suffering all around india pls... Help us out...

I saw ad on quikr n I applied for post of data entry operator they guided me n I agreed to work but after filling some of the forms the link got blocked I informed them... But they didn't respond I masseged many times they they didn't reply then I let it go n today they called me and are asking me for panelty of 7100 ₹ if I don't paid they are saying a legal notice will b filed against me... I got frustrated then I contacted my friend n I got suggestion not to pay.. They still mailed me that we have filed a case... And nearest police will arrest u.. And what not.. Plzz take action against them

I get started to work. I started to work on my system, but I was not able to that work. Then I used my phone to do works. But I had some doubts about the datas they provided to do. The details they give would not be exist in reality. Then I checked on YouTube and Google, I was get to know that they are frauds. So I decided to quit the job. Then I informed the lady who contacted me that I am quitting this job because it is fraud. After few days, I got threatening messages, mails and calls from their legal adviser to pay 7100 rupees. Otherwise they will file an petition against me. Today an guy called me and threatened me to pay the money, otherwise they will register a case against me.
