    Service but no one call or listen your problem they just delay by saying 1to2 days everytime .
    Money minded cheat innocent students
    And tricked them to join by saying free
    Class don't answer their calls
    "Boycott simplilearn" they are not cancelling my loan when i said in time every day and delaying it ignoring it .

      I said to cancel my course on that date they said they will and after next day called he said he put in process but after somedays he resign and not cancel I have call recording and raised ticket not responding.
      "Izzu Khan " he took my all details by saying _"formality process" and asked why my adhar and pan details required he said formality I he spoken with a so much and convinced by saying we are trusted company no need to worry.
      I even said why for free buffering my details required he said it formality .
      And given but some time he after he sanction loan without my approve when I cantacted to cancel they are not doing .[please help me don't have any money I am just student].
      I not even spoke this matter in "house"
      Please requesting immediately help
      Any one who understand my situation I am now help all please kindly requesting and asking " justice " for me

      Hi Rahul.
      Even I am going through this fraud. We all have to form a team and take action against Simplilearn. Even if we have to spend money from our pocket, let's get Simplilearn's harsh and cruel reality to the world.

        --I am not responsible for EMI I don't have any money he initiated loan he took my details did it by himself not asking my aprove it his fault when contacted support team not cancel it .
        --"Simplilearn is responsible for paying" and having employee like him "deceiving" students like us for forcely joining for saying free buffer class and make them as paid course without their approval.

              Since 2020, this company keeps saying that I owed $700 for a loan that I took from them. I called their number customer service, I called the person in charge. I don't get any people on the phone because these people are in India.
              I asked for the loan papers signed by me. I never received calls or emails back, and I am still waiting as of today Aug 24-2022.
              I never signed any loans and I will not pay any penny to them, even if I have to take this company to court. 2 long years is too much full of lies

                I enrolled my course for data analyst and data scientist in May 2022. I have paid in June and July EMI which is 5833 in both month. But my husband got accident and I left the job now and we came back to village. I can't pay and do the course continue as my family condition is not good. We are in big trouble this time.
                Please cancle my course I can't pay now as we don't have any source of income.

                      I got cheated by the sales person, who made me register on the portal and made me take loan without letting me know about the terms and condition. I am not able to pay the emi which is affecting my CIBIL too. Now they are calling everyday to pay the emi. Even i am not doing their course. Kindly help me. This is really frustating. Being a complaint they cheat by telling false narratives.

                      I have also been cheated by SimpliLearn and I want to go to Consumer Court and the Cyber police. I have sent them (Simplilearn) warnings and they aren't taking me seriously. I was contacted by a representative of SimpliLearn and was asked to give my documents so that she would apply for the loan on my behalf. She didn't tell me the terms and conditions and not even the policy. These SimpliLearn guys neatly wrap up their policy and kind of don't showcase it so that they can prey on their customers like this. I have been asking them to cancel my course and I had asked them to do it three months prior when I had just opted for the course. I also have not even opened their learning portal and nor do I ever wish to do so. I just want them to cancel my registration and cancel my loan as I have been getting calls from LiquiLoans company almost every day and they are harassing me and threatening my family. Everytime I try to reach them they say that the Refund team will call me back and they never do. I am so frustrated with them. I can't pay my EMI every month as I am not even taking their course. They prey on innocent customers like this and put them in a debt trap for life, CIBIL gets affected and everything goes south then.
                      Kindly resolve this issue.

                        Sir,
                        I have purchase simplilearn digital marketing job gurantee program. But after purchase of course with in 7 seven days i initiated request for refund because my father caught an accident so now i am not able to pay emi so i initiated refund. And that time my refund was approved but some days once again i check the LMS then thier showing refund not possible. Still i follow all the criteria and i have records regarding my proofs. So please solve my possible as soon as possible.

                          Do not use this platform as I have observed it to be a scam. If for any reason you are not happy with the course they will not refund as per their written policy or as promised at the time of getting you to enroll and make the payment.
                          Is there a consumer court we can approach in this regard? I hope I dont have to go that far and some action would be taken, but its our hard earned money and would not want to throw it away to such scammers. I do not want to take names only because i dont wish to jeopardize anybodys career but sadly the people who contacted me for the enrollment or the lady who promised me that it would be sorted have disappeared.
                          If there is some way we can get some response or action on this i would really appreciate. This is the second time I am raising this complaint before taking any other action.

                            Is this a scam, I thought i was dealing with a reputed organization when i enrolled for the course. Their approach while canvasing for the enrollment was remarkable. Prompt updates, emails and phone calls. But after the process, when I have requested for a refund (within their 7 day policy), they completely ignore emails, whatsapp messages and calls. This is very disappointing. I have paid more than i would have paid other course providers under the impression that it will be worth it. Honestly when i decided that this training was not for me, i thought i would use them for other easier courses . However the experience has been very very disappointing that I would never come come back to them nor would i recommend them to any of my contacts. It is sad that such scams can run in the name of education

                            I received a response saying not eligible for refund without any justification or reason to their comment. I have asked for a call back and proper justification to this as per their policy. The request was made within the refund policy period and terms and conditions met, so why the response that this is outside their policy? They have not responded. I have again sent a follow-up mail this morning and waiting to see if I will get a response/ call.

                            Yes there has been a response on the 21st of August, saying that the team will verify and on approval process the refund which will take 15 business days. Hence ideally I should get the refund by 9th of Sep 2022. Fingers crossed on this one. The request was initiated on the 31st of July, and as per the policy it should have been completed by now. However, I appreciate if you would keep your word and ensure I receive the amount by the first week of September at the least.

                              They aren't refund my money back cheating me.worest customer support, i tried to refund my but they said, we aren't going to pay or not change the course. Like that, i request everyone whom try to learn there, don't waste your time and money with Simplilearn.

                                Totally seems like a fraud done by Simplilearn. I have applied for a refund as I totally do not like the course. And it's not even worth too. At the time of purchasing the course, the sales team told me that I can leave the course anytime and I will get a refund. But now when after a month when I applied for the refund they are denying it.

                                They just did a scam at the time of selling the course. They gave fake commitment.

                                Now they are just sending me the same message again and again "Send us proof of conversation with the sales team." Even the support team does not give a proper reply for the same.

                                Someone from the support team named Utkarsh Somvanshi, He is sending the same message again and again. And seems like they are playing with my emotions.

                                  I purchase a course from simplilearn week ago. I called Akhil C Shan and told him I wanted to cancel the course and the loan he said he will get back to me and never do so.How can I cancel the class and the loan from affirm?

                                    Scammed by Simplilearn - Request for Refund

                                    I sent multiple emails and tickets last year August, this year January, March, June and July due to dissatisfaction and didn't receive any response or resolution. You may notice I have explicitly mentioned for a REFUND. There are tons of other logs from my email to Simplilearn either as tickets or via email ever since I joined the course.
