VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL SUPPORT AFTER ENROLMENT AND REFUND PROCESSES. Ticket : 01226874

I had contacted Simplilearn on April 20th for PMP training and Mr.N helped me in enrolling for "PMP Plus" and "PMP exam only" by paying 54, 000 Rs. All goes smooth till now.

Start of problem:
On 26th April, Mr D contacted me and told I am selected for Post graduate program in Project management. He mentioned I have to pay 46, 000 Rs extra for the same and I will be enrolled in the PGP. I initially declined and then he convinced me. He will help me .
I had asked him if I can enrol on 29th. He connected me to finance team and they said I can 6900Rs on 26th April and remaining on April 29th.
So, MrD sent me link to pay 6, 900 Rs but it was for "Data Scientist" course. when I asked when I pay on 29th April the full amount, he will swap the course. I paid remaining amount on 29th April and informed him. He told he will ask team to swap the course from "Data Scientist" to "Post graduate program in Project management".

Swap ticket were not rasied till 04th of May.

Until May 09th this swap was not looked into. Refer to tickets 01221603 by this time it more than 10 days of payment.

Then on 10th May MrD called and told that As fee I have paid 54, 000 Rs includes the cost of PMP exam. So, management has informed him that I have to pay some 40, 000 Rs more to proceed with "Post graduate program in Project management". He told either I can proceed with PGP or raise a refund request if I am not interested.

He did not raise the ticket becasue it was Mr D's mistake. he should have asked what i paid for how much is pending etc

So I raised a refund request as I don't want to pay another 40, 000 Rs.

I havent taken any classes in "PGP Project management" or "Data Scientist" . the 10 day refund policy time was dealy due to MrD not following up.

I am wasting my hard earned money, getting stressed out and my whole PMP experience is spoilt. i wanted to do CSM, data analyst course and enroll my wife too in Simplielearn, but now i will choose better.

TODAY IS 08th JUL. I paid money on Apr 29th and raised ticket on 10th MAY.

I have explained this issue to many of their teammates. Finally i got an update on 24th May and that's all.. no response after that.

After posting here, the issue was taken up immediately and support team member contacted me. I had to explain the issue and refund request was processe. this time the support team member was listening to my issue carefully

    I got a call from [protected] at 10:18 am
    Dated Fri 8 July
    He asked me bout if i filled up an application.
    I replied " I don't remember but I'm not interested sorry" i hang up the call
    He calls again i didn't recieve.
    Calls again i recieved, in an angry tone he asked me WHY DID YOU FILLED UP AN APPLICATION IF YOURE NOT INTERESTED!
    I said i don't remember I'm not interested now and pls watch your tone..
    He yelled at me " you watch your tone ... Etc."
    I asked him hang up the call if i said I'm not interested.

      Hi, I had enrolled for Data Science Job guarantee program on June 24th and post orientation class on June 29th 2022 I had requested for refund .However, sales representative( Aravind) from simplilearn didn't direct me to request for refund in portal and only with the help of customer care, I logged ticket 01284071. Please cancel my enrollment and cancel my credit card transaction.

            They’re fraud. Won’t tell you anything about a week trail and will not be able to contact the person who registered you. They make it seem the number they register you with is their number meanwhile it’s not. Very difficult to get hold of them, no one to contact when you’re facing a challenge. And will lie to you that one of their offices is in USA but there’s no office to reach out to in US. I pray no one I know fall victim to them like I did and please find a school or bootcamp that is honest to work with.

              Not honest at all, they didn’t tell me any thing about the week trial.
              First I bought Digital Marketing Specialist course . A day after, I realised that they were offering Post Graduate Program in Digital Marketing with Perdue University. I contacted them to see If I qualified to do the 2nd certificate since my background wasn’t at all related to the marketing nor the businessfield . They convinced me that it would be easy. When I asked to cancel the first course, they told me that I could pay fully the 2nd course and I got the first one as free. I replied that I wouldn’t be able to do the two courses simultaneously. Then I asked for an extension of the subscription.
              I started learning the 1st course, I complained about the accent of the teacher (respectfully English with a very pronounced Indian accent)
              Afterward, my wife was facing a very difficult delivery due to a complicated pregnancy period. I made many requests to suspend my subscription or extend it. No one answered.
              And Now My subscription is inactive.
              I have paid 2 k USD for nothing

                Refund of rest amount

                Dear Simplilearn Team,

                I appreciate you for refund of my 2nd invoice(INVOICE# SSPL1998939).

                But at the same time I had paid 10500/- which is 1st invoice (INVOICE# SSPL1994661) its been 3 months now its not initiated as my learning consultant and customer executive is always saying once after initiating 2nd invoice we would initiate 1st invoice that is of 10500/- . Its been totally 3 months now just procrastinating...

                Hello Team,

                I have enrolled Azure security engineer course in the month of January'22. It has 4 courses
                1. Self learning - Fundamental
                2. Live Class - Azure Administration
                3. Live Class - Azure Security Engineer
                4. Live Class - Capstone project
                From the above topics i was able to complete only one live Class - Azure Administration.

                Now schedules are not available for the rest...

                Iam shiva shankar.I booked a course on simplilearn on January and asked for cancellation of course from simplilearn on 13th February.For the first month you took my emi of 7000 and from the second month you took 15000 instead of 7000 emi and told that you will adjust next month for whic I didn't agree.you didn't repay it and breached code of conduct.you also tortured me to pay emi next month through phone calls.I haven't took up the course.I already have paid 20000 If anyone makes any harrassment calls to me I will file criminal lawsuits against you and the concerned managers.I haven't taken your money nor have taken course.withdraw my loan amount from simplilearn.Dont cause common people agony for your greed.Many have committed suicides because of organisations like you.Dont ruin student's life.

                  I am Indrani Dwivedi I was enrolled for the PG program of simplilearn. I enrolled on 23 May and asked for refund on 1st June Nobody told mention the refund policy nor any detail regarding the course they didn't mention anything to me. When I asked then for the refund they took 25 days to create ticket and never mentioned refund policy. There is no one in my family who is earning and I am not capable of pay 1lakh 79thousand to propelld (EMI partner) . My father is a hear patient he can't work and my mother is a housewife. I have lost my job that was the only source of income in my family. Please understand my financial problem and help me in cancellation of my loan. I spoke to the customer service n number of time but they aren't helping me with the solution. They are denying my refund request everyday and not understanding my financial problem. Please help me in resolving this issue

                    I was enrolled in PG Program by Simplilearn but I didn't attended any single lecture nor I attended any live class. I am asking for refund they aren't providing me refund.                       Had a very bad experience from simplilearn team. On 10th june i have enrolled for the aws cloud architecture course on the promise from the simplilearn staff that there have a evening week day batch starting from 13th june. And also they mentioned and give me a confirmation that mentioned I can cancel the course if iI am not interested after attending few classes. But there was no evening week day batches starting from 13th june. son got cheated at the first place, so I have register for the next week week day evening (20th june 2022). After throughly checking the syllabus and enquire with few connections i understood they are not go for the portioned that i precisely want in more. So on 15th june I planned to cancel the course and call the simplilearn staff and express my intention, But that timethey force me to attend atleast one session then cancel. I belived their words. So I have attended my first session on 20th june and on the next contact the simplilearn to drop my course. But their response are very painful. they said as i pass one week after enroll the course I cann't cancel the course anymore. But in their policy that i got through their mail regairding course cancellation didnt mentioned a anything like that boundary. They are the one force me to cross that one week boundary by asking me to attend atleast one session. I dont know what to do. Its more like they force me to take their service eventhough i dont want by having money, that they promise to refund. At first place I dont know that simplilearn is institute like this. I have joined the course through EMI scheme. the total course fees is Rs.28000, I have completed my first installement. If simplilearn want that they can take that amount, that I will consider as my mistakes of trusting simplilearn staff's words, and let me cancel my EMI. All the evidence of the mentioned have with me as Whatsap chat and call records. If any simplilearn can understand this as your mistakes, then let me cancel my course. Because there have no mistakes happened from my side. All the things that i have done is according to your own staff guidence, then how could not eligible for the refund. let me know atleast this.

                        I was sold the Saleforce course in March 2022. It was due to start in May 2022 so did not mind the advance registration. I booked my holiday just before so I could attend the weekend course without missing any weekends. On the day of the first day I logged into my laptop at 4.00am.. I waited for just under 1hr, but course had not began. On their web portal the course was showing as cancelled. No dates to show when it will restart. I have chased up several times about the start of the course. all I get is someone pointing me to the video of the classes. I enrolled as wanted to sit on an online live class. I also have been advised I cannot get a refund. I have queried why the course was sold to me in advance. Upto now still no realistic help from their advisers.. I am deffinately not happy with this company. I feel as I have been scammed. The Company s based in India so nothing much I can do for now. They have taken over £1000 from me and not willing to refund it even if it is their fault.

                            I enrolled in a cloud architect course in Simplilearn in November 2021., but after that, I got a job abroad, then moved abroad, and also inform the same to Simplilearn team they did not respond, then I was a little busy with my immigration process, so I didn't get the time to further follow up. now am abroad here salary issue and lots of money problems that happen and due to that, I have not got the money to pay the emi that affects my cibil score. I was already discussed with the same propelled team, they told me they need course cancelation mail from Simplilearn .without that mail they can’t do much more, so I have raised several tickets to stop the course and emi with my reason. But I received an irresponsible response from the Simplilearn team, still, I have not started the course and have not downloaded any materials. because I didn't get time to join the class on this current country’s work schedule and work environment it’s different from India, I can’t continue the course. So please stop this course, refund my money and cancel my loan.

                            Me Nidhi Ashtikar and Shubham Thaware have meet with an accident due to whil I was unable to continue the course and now we are jobless.
                            I haven't attend must classes also which classes we attended are just vanished from our heads now. It will be great if you are just stop our EMI because from next month we will not be able to pay the EMI our saving are finished and it's not possible to continue EMI now.
                            It will be get if we receive complete refund or attest half refund because we don't have money to survive.
                            Please helpbis in this matter.

                              Hi this is Dheeraj...please check these screenshots...kedarnath parida from simplilearn told me like i have raised ur refund request from my end for ur program which is he send march 15. after that only i paid 1st emi 17 March...and after that 2 emi paid..tell me this is whose polt?? And i didnt attend one single class or one single minute...check my mail and loan statements ...

I'm not joined ur course..one o[censored]r agent cheat with me and take loan from my name..u can check my all call recordings and all..then you know..what is actually happen ...if you didn't refund my EMI i will put ur company name and agent name and suicide..

                                I'm Lakshmi KV, registered mobile number is [protected], nd registered course is DATA SCIENCE WITH PYTHON.
                                I attended 3 classes, initiated refund.
                                They told to find alternative instructor and continue with classes. After 5th class, i raised refund. Usually here process takes 24-48 hours.
                                It's delayed intentionally.
                                They are just informing refund is initiated within 7 days. But they trap students and playing games with some marketing tricks.
                                I just opted this course fee from LIQUILILOANS. Both are connected, continuously asking me to pay. Even though, I'm not interested to take classes anymore.
                                I asked many times, mailing, raising tickets, WhatsApp chat. Now they are not even responding. We will get back to you in 24-48 hours, but they wont.
                                There are around 100+ student, raised complaints in many platforms about simplilearn
                                Kindly take action against it. And save other students life.
