VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL SUPPORT AFTER ENROLMENT AND REFUND PROCESSES. Ticket : 01226874
I had contacted Simplilearn on April 20th for PMP training and Mr.N helped me in enrolling for "PMP Plus" and "PMP exam only" by paying 54, 000 Rs. All goes smooth till now.
Start of problem:
On 26th April, Mr D contacted me and told I am selected for Post graduate program in Project management. He mentioned I have to pay 46, 000 Rs extra for the same and I will be enrolled in the PGP. I initially declined and then he convinced me. He will help me .
I had asked him if I can enrol on 29th. He connected me to finance team and they said I can 6900Rs on 26th April and remaining on April 29th.
So, MrD sent me link to pay 6, 900 Rs but it was for "Data Scientist" course. when I asked when I pay on 29th April the full amount, he will swap the course. I paid remaining amount on 29th April and informed him. He told he will ask team to swap the course from "Data Scientist" to "Post graduate program in Project management".
Swap ticket were not rasied till 04th of May.
Until May 09th this swap was not looked into. Refer to tickets 01221603 by this time it more than 10 days of payment.
Then on 10th May MrD called and told that As fee I have paid 54, 000 Rs includes the cost of PMP exam. So, management has informed him that I have to pay some 40, 000 Rs more to proceed with "Post graduate program in Project management". He told either I can proceed with PGP or raise a refund request if I am not interested.
He did not raise the ticket becasue it was Mr D's mistake. he should have asked what i paid for how much is pending etc
So I raised a refund request as I don't want to pay another 40, 000 Rs.
I havent taken any classes in "PGP Project management" or "Data Scientist" . the 10 day refund policy time was dealy due to MrD not following up.
I am wasting my hard earned money, getting stressed out and my whole PMP experience is spoilt. i wanted to do CSM, data analyst course and enroll my wife too in Simplielearn, but now i will choose better.
TODAY IS 08th JUL. I paid money on Apr 29th and raised ticket on 10th MAY.
I have explained this issue to many of their teammates. Finally i got an update on 24th May and that's all.. no response after that.

Complaint marked as Resolved After posting here, the issue was taken up immediately and support team member contacted me. I had to explain the issue and refund request was processe. this time the support team member was listening to my issue carefully
