Is this a scam, I thought i was dealing with a reputed organization when i enrolled for the course. Their approach while canvasing for the enrollment was remarkable. Prompt updates, emails and phone calls. But after the process, when I have requested for a refund (within their 7 day policy), they completely ignore emails, whatsapp messages and calls. This is very disappointing. I have paid more than i would have paid other course providers under the impression that it will be worth it. Honestly when i decided that this training was not for me, i thought i would use them for other easier courses . However the experience has been very very disappointing that I would never come come back to them nor would i recommend them to any of my contacts. It is sad that such scams can run in the name of education

I received a response saying not eligible for refund without any justification or reason to their comment. I have asked for a call back and proper justification to this as per their policy. The request was made within the refund policy period and terms and conditions met, so why the response that this is outside their policy? They have not responded. I have again sent a follow-up mail this morning and waiting to see if I will get a response/ call.

Yes there has been a response on the 21st of August, saying that the team will verify and on approval process the refund which will take 15 business days. Hence ideally I should get the refund by 9th of Sep 2022. Fingers crossed on this one. The request was initiated on the 31st of July, and as per the policy it should have been completed by now. However, I appreciate if you would keep your word and ensure I receive the amount by the first week of September at the least.

    They aren't refund my money back cheating me.worest customer support, i tried to refund my but they said, we aren't going to pay or not change the course. Like that, i request everyone whom try to learn there, don't waste your time and money with Simplilearn.

      Totally seems like a fraud done by Simplilearn. I have applied for a refund as I totally do not like the course. And it's not even worth too. At the time of purchasing the course, the sales team told me that I can leave the course anytime and I will get a refund. But now when after a month when I applied for the refund they are denying it.

      They just did a scam at the time of selling the course. They gave fake commitment.

      Now they are just sending me the same message again and again "Send us proof of conversation with the sales team." Even the support team does not give a proper reply for the same.

      Someone from the support team named Utkarsh Somvanshi, He is sending the same message again and again. And seems like they are playing with my emotions.

          I sent multiple emails and tickets last year August, this year January, March, June and July due to dissatisfaction and didn't receive any response or resolution. You may notice I have explicitly mentioned for a REFUND. There are tons of other logs from my email to Simplilearn either as tickets or via email ever since I joined the course.

          I have been constantly doing round robin with Simplilearn customer support and have no response on the tickets or via customer care. So this is the final mail I am dropping, If I don't get a refund in the next 7 days, I will be going to consumer court.

          I have asked for Refund last year, you can check logs, due to wrong information passed from your sales team to make me sign up for the program. I was told that we will be taught be faculty from Purdue, but when I joined course some 2 years experience faculty from India was teaching us, entire batch revolted and ever since then 3 faculties were changed and till date there was no faculty from Purdue teaching the course, I myself have 6 years of experience in the domain, why should I go back and learn basics from someone who has less industry exposure than me and on top of it paying around a lac for something that I already know with cheap study material. I could get 100 times more value from Udemy at 399 for the same.

          Having said that, I noticed that most of the students from my batch were withdrawn from the program and refunded or provided with certificates without course completion, I CAN NAME. - EVEN RECENTLY. Why is Simplilearn treating students differently?

          Looking forward to getting a resolution ASAP on this.

            I have registered for full stack java developer course.
            There sales executive follow up with us and he said sir for course you have to register the emandte .and unknowingly without any intimation the finace company transfered my loan to simplilearn.
            Without a single intimation.
            Now i am not interested to continue the course as well as not in position to pay the emi.but still they are rejected and not answering my calls .
            I have requested them to cancelled my course. But till the date they have not responded .

            After giving so many reminder no answers from simplilearn.

              Dear sir,

              I have enrolled for full stack java developer course in simplilearn.
              They have misguided me and register for the loan.from Propelld.
              Without any intimation with out any concern or call verification they have transferred the loan.when I asked them for the details they have not shared the proper details. No respond from simplilearn.
              I have not attended and paid any emi yet.before due date on priority I have update simplilearn and Propelld for the cancellation .but they clearly said no..
              I feel that i am victim of new fraud.

              I have register the same concern in bank and register case against them.

                I enrolled for PGP in Digital Marketing and raised request for refund multiple times but received hardly any response.

                I was told by the sales team that we will be taught by Purdue faculty which was the sole reason I made the purchase but hardly any faculty from Purdue taught us the course. I raised request for refund in the second week itself.

                I was told it is a Purdue certified course, but it doesn't carry the iota of quality. This pedagogy is so basic that I doubt it qualifies for a PGDM level certification. And it is surprising to see that the instructors doesn't even hold a PGDM degree or even relevant industry experience to impart knowledge using practical examples.

                I have been doing round robins with support teams via email, tickets but no response. If I don't get a refund, I will make sure taking legal actions, I have been duped for 86000 by making false promises.

                  It's been 7months i have registered for Azure Security Engineer course and till now only one live Class provided. Customer service is very pathetic. They opened the ticket but don't provide proper solution. In my case, project live Class and Azure Az-500 Live classes are not available. But they are denying to either refund the amount or to provide alternative course which is suitable for my current profile.

                  It's been 6months i am following up for the resolution over ticket update and customer service number but it's in vain. It's simply waste of money am time. Even forgot to mention that, While register they promised you for exam voucher but when go to exam option it' not displaying anything. Simply cheating and playing with customer emotions.

                  I request whoever reads my comment, please don't trust Simplilearn. They are cheaters and never tried to resolve the issue. Even i requested for a callbacks from L2 or manager but never reverted. Still I am hoping that will get justice.

                    I am dushynt hansaliya. i chose AWS CLOUD ARCHITECT COURSE IN SIMPLILEARN PLATFORM.
                    Sachin Malekar Sir said that you registration no. take then complete online class after lecture then if you don't like then i will cancel your registration number and loan number and ... will be done ... without any charge ...Such discussed with Sachin malekar sir 2-3 times on phone...
                    When I sent a WhatsApp message asking for the enrollment number I was sent a mail.
                    My simplilearn account was sent to me by mail on 7 July 2022. Account is a open.
                    Then I spoke to Sachin Malekar sir on 12 July 2022 that I want to cancel my enrollment number and loan number. He told me I goto office and callback.
                    after that day my phone is not pickup in 12 july 2022 continualy not pick the phone.
                    I sent a WhatsApp message to Sachin Malek on 13 July 2022.
                    He did not reply after reading the message.
                    Sachin malekar sir does not call, message and does not pick up the phone(More times)...
                    saport team say that the Sachin sir call back in 24 hours
                    From such 3-4 time the support team says.
                    Sachin Malekar sir has cheated me by talking like this.
                    The support team shows me the refund policy.
                    And you don't come under the policy.
                    I have not seen your simplilearn app online class.
                    I gave as much evidence as I had. I am adding below.
                    I feel cheated.i am not interested at all from any courses from this fake platforms. i am going legal way otherwise if satisfactory answer not received from your end. i want my fully refund as i have not used your services.
                    loan number are to be cancelled.
                    Due to this I can't focus in my work.
                    I have to get out of this quagmire now.
                    What should I do now? ...There is no other way. The days are getting longer. . . .
                    I am not in a position to pay EMI installments. I am not responsible if I fail to pay the installments.

                        They are just convencing me 3day it will be done 4 days it will be done.just convenience..but till now propelld not getting any email and money the propelld say..This is cross more than 30 days...but refund process initiate Jun 18..It is process Jun 27..till it's problems continue.. Immediately send the money..EMI partner. I am getting poor experience from simlilearn.

June 18 I initiate the refund within the 7 days refund policy.Refund approved Jun 24 refund process Jun 27 The simplilearn said it will done by 15 business days.Till crossing more than 20 business days..Till now not received money from simlilearn.My Emi partner propelld call daily ask the refund and loan cancellation details.I share the email to propelld related to the refund..I called propelld the people say till now No work is going on .. simply send email.My LMS portal is showing Your refund complete but till now not received any money from simlilearn.. Propelld asked to me Why giving false details about refund.Your passing the days only.. What is the motivation.I raised the more tickets my problem not solved but ticket only closed..When will resolve the issue my next emi also come.. immediately to send the money to propelld and cancellation the loan.

                            Hello, i had enrolled in the class on sat 16th July, attended the live session on monday i.e 18th July, didnt liked the teaching and the method so the next day texted my enroller asking in how many days can i cancel the enrolment due these issues, she said 7 days but she said me to attend the classes still for that day but didnt give any intimation for the 2nd live class even asking her about the criteria, i waited for her call the whole day on 19th as she said that she would be changing my batch, but no call from her side. Hence i said her to cancel my enrollment, but she didn't she just said that she needs to call me, but i was in my office so couldn't talk to her and just said to first cancel and will call her back once i am at home. She didn't reply, i asked her again but no reply again even after seeing the msg, the next day also i tried calling her but she didn't pick my call. I called the customer care to raise a request to cancel my subscription that person raised a request stating everything was in cancellation criteria. He said he has forwarded and will receive a call in 24/48 hours. Later i got a call from shalini, she said that first you need to give the test only then will she be able to cancel my subscription, i gave the test then today (22/07/22) somehow in afternoon as she said if i cleared the test only will then i be able to cancel the enrollment, I have also attached all the proof of the chats which i had. Really the first session only i didn't liked, i was never said about of the live classes criteria, but then too i just attended the 2nd live classes as shalini said me to attend it, but as the same issues i was facing i hence disconnected from the middle of the class. Please some one help me with the cancellation of my enrollment from simplilearn. I have been misled also as i had not given the test so as per the rules without the test given i cant even enroll for the program which is a job guarantee so any which ways it means i had not enrolled only for the program in first place. Attached are some proofs also i didn't know how to raise a request, i had sent a thread over a forum for the same.Please help me

                              I am trying to reach Simplilearn but there is no proper response.i want to cancel the course.i want to stop EMI.i don't want a refund.
                              already i talked with customer support 15-40 times but not responding.
                              I am expressing my feeling that my family's financial problem is going to get worse day by day. I can not continue this course . I wanna cancel my course enrolled for Business analyst and loan emi. I can not pay EMI due to my family issue but there is no proper guide, someone is telling you to contact the finance team, the finance team is telling me to contact the Institute. I am again requesting and begging please cancel my course enrolled for Business analyst and loan emi . I can not pay. This is not a forceful course that you have to do anyhow whether you are dying or living. Please try to understand my situation . Once again I request and beg to the team please cancel the course enrolled by me and do asap. Simply you are giving a response in email. This is not the solution . Please, Problems never come by informing you, it happens all of sudden. But the entire team is saying we don't have a refund policy. i am not asking for any refund, i wanna cancel my application for Business analyst and loan emi. I can not continue due to my financial problem.

                                I have been contacting simplilearn constantly concerning a refund because I am not happy with the course. They lie and say they called you but never call. They have removed self learning videos suddenly and lied and said this is not a part of the course when initially it was. The labs are always giving issues and the instructors or not competent. I have submitted a dispute with Affirm. I am looking forward to legal action next.

                                  I enrolled for a Tutor lead couse with this company in March 2022. the course was due to start in Mat 2022. This is not start. I enquired about it.. got given the run around. Last week was emailed that the Tutor lead course will no longer continue and they are reluctant to give a refund.
                                  Has anyone taken this company to court.. I am sure what they are doing is illigal.. Not too happy with the ethics of this company

                                      I enrolled course for full stack java developer in simplilearn, as i was non IT student i am looking for course where they will teach from the scratch and so asked the councelor the same he was told yes they will teach everything in the class so i believed his words and bought the course using emi. after attending the class i get to know that they wont anything they simply explain some projects in the classroom and they wont teach anything about basic java program so i raised regarding my problem to discontinue the course .they simply told about the 7day policy. how hard for you people to understand my problem that i was looking for different course and you are giving different course. if he is clear about the course i wont join in simplilearn. my councelor name is sushruth gowda. he asking me to pay emi even though i am not attending the classes. please understand my situation here, 7day policy applies only if you provide all facts about course. please cancel my course and if possible take a disciplinary action on that liar.

                                        I was enrolled for a course in Simplilearn on 31st of May and the live classes were started on 9th June. I was not made aware of the 7 days refund policy and that 7 days will start from the day of enrollment. I do not find their self study helpful. I wasn't even given information of intrest on emi, at the beginning it was told that the loan was of 0% intrest and will last for 1 year but now when I see the mandate it says that I have to pay 7500rs for 18 months, the course is of 90, 100 and the total of Emi is a lot more. I was not properly instructed regarding the course and give false informations.
