When I first took the decision to purchase my course “Digital Marketing Specialist”, it was Akash Aman (akash.[protected]@simplilearn.net) who sold me the course telephonically. I understand this function is probably outsourced as I’ve never been able to get hold of him again via e-mail. Be that as it may, to make the deal more appealing to me, he said that he would throw in “Full Stack Web Developer- Mean Stack” for free. I had told him I wanted to understand more about creating a website in Wordpress or Wix-this is the course he gave to me 'free' Please understand I am a complete novice in this regard, so I accepted gratefully. Now, having indulged my course for a while, I realise that firstly it is a 'software developer' course, definitely not suited to a beginner, and secondly it didn't deal with anything related to what I had discussed with Akash. All of this may be validated in the telephone call, which I'm sure was recorded. In addition for the “Full Stack Web Developer- Mean Stack” I have no access to either live classes, or to past videos. This makes this ‘free offering’ rather useless to me because, as a complete amateur, I will definitely need these to learn competently, and I won't, again because I am not an advanced IT pro. So, had I known this, the ‘special’ wouldn’t have been so special to begin with-ie: not suited to my needs requirement whatsoever, and hollow in terms of other Simplilearn courses without recording and live classes, , who knows, I might not even have purchased the “Digital Marketing Specialist” course whatsoever.Furthermore, Akash (the salesman), has been completely unavailable via e-mail since the sale was concluded-What a surprise? I feel Simplilearn misrepresented themselves badly to me to get this sale, I am discouraged by how such an established company can do this. I would dearly like some feedback, because thus far I haven't even been able to 'get through' to a Simplilearn employee who can help me.

    Enrolled for PMP plus nby NOV mid and while in live class the instructor adviced to wait and give the new course content exam as giving exam in dec is too close and cannot prepare but we were not given information that there would be some access key and we would have to pay again. Simplilearn sent a mail that we would be giving our batch the key but till date we havenot recieved and many students have raised ticket and tried calling support but no response.

        I am Roshana Rose Roy who enrolled for online Masters in Data Scientist course on 24th August 2020 in Edtech Simplilearn.
        I have chosen Simplilearn due to its massive marketing in various platforms.

        The fake committed recordings proof I have, as one of the Simplilearn executive (Amit Kumar--- amit.[protected]@simplilearn.net (Mob: +91-[protected]) made the fake promises and got a script of twisted words from content writers to engage candidates to fool and it clearly shows greed by the sales team.
        Fake job guarantee and offering industry experience certificate from live project Amazon
        As promised, Simplilearn failed to provide industrial and high level of standard training and false promises that lectures will be from IBM
        Dump way of conducting classes and poor quality course content and class batch size availability not 15 to 35 people per batch as promised.
        Fake promises on IBM certificates by Simplilearn and those can be achieved by anyone who does cognitive learning of IBM and nothing is exclusive for Simplilearn
        Tableau software which Simplilearn uses is tableau public and it is very basic.
        As per my initial analysis, most of the important topics listed below in R programming has not been covered.
        IDE R studioR scripts and R markdown
        Hierarchy of data types for type casting
        linear regression- Feature reduction widely used to choose any relevant variables features used and carrying out step wise lasso
        Cook's distance in RVariance inflation factor (VIF) in R

        The fake committed recordings by Simplilearn as proof as I cannot attach here since size is large.

        I have already stopped using Simplilearn LMS portal for the past 4 months as you see in the screenshot attached for your reference and I have not even completed more than 2% Course.
        However, there is no use with their course extension offer and nothing will change after this. I have to switch again and again to find good faculties but reality is there is no good faculty in Simplilearn and it is just a waste of my time. I have already posted the same in social media too and there are many who looking for refund now.

        Last VC with Anand Narayanan from Simplilearn happened on Oct 17 2020 in which Anand Narayanan was clearly accepting the mis-selling part of the SL and I have the survey data excel sheet of the feedback from 150+ students in the below link.

        Overall, I am not satisfied with Simplilearn and I am not benefiting anything out of it. I have raised multiple tickets in Simplilearn to initiate my hard earned money- refund and money back on 21st October 2020 and it has been more than 4 months now without any resolution.

        I am highly depressed now and it's a mental harassment and ignorance from the side of Simplilearn. Once Simplilearn gets students enrolled and they do not pay attention to candidates.

        I want my hard earned money back (refund) now.

          I have registered for "Master Program Data Analyst" from Simplilearn on the 15th of august, on the very first call, the counselor made fake promises about the course just to get me enrolled in it.
          1. He said the course is live and interactive (ALL THE MODULES), but only a few of them are live.
          2. He simply mentioned that after completing each module I will be receiving (INDUSTRIAL CERTIFICATES FROM COMPANIES SUCH AS AMAZON) but I didn't.
          3. He said trainers will be helping us to complete the projects, but they were not even helping us to solve my doubts. The quality of trainers are so poor, they are not capable of teaching us with proper examples and they simply deny to solve the doubts by saying they don't have time for it, they have to complete the course.
          4. He also said Simplilearn also guarantees the placements and this is also not true.
          Apart from that Customer support is so poor and it's not at all user-friendly.
          After facing so much, I have raised a ticket for a refund but they were not addressing my concern, Simplilearn claims their so-called policy that we can get a refund only in 7 days after enrollment, which is not true.
          So many tickets I have raised for my concern but nothing happened, It's been 2 months now I am taking follow-ups from them on my problems but till now I haven't got any kind of solution.
          Even the higher management of Simplilearn is not taking all these issues clearly. Anand Narayanan is one of them I have also reached out to him, but instead of listening to my problems and solving them, he blocked my number. This kind of Scam is going on in Simplilearn, I just asked them to refund my money as I am not at all satisfied with their course but Simplilearn is not addressing my problem, even I have forwarded the call recording of the counselor in which he was making fake promises.

            This is the worst service I have ever received from any company.
            They take your money, but they don't bother listening, let alone solving your queries. Today is 6th Jan, 2021. I have been raising almost 10 requests from October, 2020 and yet it is not resolved.
            I am unable to attend my classes or do anything.
            This is ridiculous.

              I had got admission in this company 10 months ago. At very the beginning they used to take calls and solve issues. But from last few months, it is getting impossible to reach the customer care services. I am facing project-related issues and can not complete my projects. They have the facility to solve the project related issues. But it seems impossible as every time I call them they make me stay in the queue for a quite long period of time. But even then I wait, but at last, they are rejecting my calls.
              This is the matter of my future, my career. So these kinds of things are too annoying and frustrating. I am attaching the screenshots of my phone calls. They have even made me waited for 26 minutes(highest). But at last, they have rejected my call.
              So please take the necessary steps.

                I’m writing to you today in with heavy frustrating pain and to explain the bad the experience I had with simpler learn, the worst experience I have never come across any unprofessionalism to this extent anywhere till date. ON A SERIOUS NOTE soon this would be posted on each and every social media platform including the YouTube I would personally record the video and post it.

                Firstly of all let me give what I went through – It’s in the month of October 2020, the sales team was calling us, again and again, to get enrolled and keep on pulling my legs to join the course, while enrolling we were not sure to start we were in the diplomatic situation of 50% Positive – 50% Negative. He said its fine to enrol now because there is a discount and you might not get this later, and that I can cancel the course any point of time in the middle of the course and I specified I can withdraw the course at any time he said a big YES. After Getting So many calls, messages and mail so we thought its fine to get into course, unfortunately, we enrolled, But once we joined we were able the see the real cunning the face of these people that they make as fake promises to achieve their targets.

                Finally, I and my friend have been FORCED committed By the Idiot Sales person Dheeraj committed us to join the course with fake promises and wrong commitment. After Enrolling the Course i.e 16th of Oct. they didn’t allow us to take the classes till 7th of November and now, and sadly without knowing all these Frauds we joined the course with trust and hope that I would have a better career in the date science, but unfortunately, lately, we come to kn ki okow that we were trapped.

                At last, the time has come we started the course on 7th of November, i.e on the 2nd day of the live class we didn’t like the course. So After Enrolment, we have called several times and even texted in WhatsApp, we were able to see the Blue ticks but sadly no response form sales team. Then the support team from Simplilearn started saying sir we can't cancel because you have crossed the 7 days refund policy from the enrolment date, the question is without going through the classes how would we know the to raise the refund and more evenly you people did even utter a word about the cancellation policy at the time of joining neither dropped documentation to our mail. I tried calling the salesperson more than 20 times but no response, I haven’t been able to speak to him since then till date. He won’t revert to my calls/messages or to mails at all. Even for the simplest assistance. After enrolment, I would call him or text him but there was no revert from him at all. But Over the call, while enrolling the counsellor never said about the 7 days policy. Though we were not interested to do the course still they are forcing me to do so.

                This Simpler Learn can change the rules, restrictions and limitations as per there wish. They changed the refund policy after I raised a complaint. FRAUD EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION.

                I Enrolled in Data Scientist – Order Id – CSTM_GHKGRD91D2
                Raised Tickets – many times many more and I think I have called more than 18 times to customer support, one of the worst customer support they literally make fake promises and wrong commitment that these people will get back to me within the scale of 48hrs even after 3 or 5 days no response, This is not the first the time I think its 5th or 6th time and still keep on repeating the same scenario. These people never bothered to call back to the customer who joined the course and made payment of or Rs: 66, 000.00/- whatever amount. Recently the person @customer support team Mr.sreenidhi. He said he will get back to me with 1hr on[protected] still, there is no reply from him, before that he said he needs to make enquire about with sales team and definitely within 48 of time he will come up the resolution it's 4 days still now I didn’t get any response. This HOW SIMPLE LEARNS WORKS ONE OF THE PATHETIC SALES AND SUPPORT TEAM.

                And after sending multiple emails and calls they are offering that they can just swap you to another course you, But we can't refund the money. When someone is not satisfied and not interested with course how can you ask to continue its 66k its not small amount in this pandemic now there are asking to through the policy while salesman lied to o[censored]s at the time of enrolment. It’s totally fraud on SERIOUS Note I demand FULL – REFUND.

                Note: Coming to the quality of the course, It is ridiculous, please don’t go for it. A self-learning programme on Google or YouTube is more informative than this nonsense.
                Do not go for a course from Simplilearn it’s worth it! Its waste of your time, energy and money with the feeling of being played these bloody sales executives.

                Finally, the main reason to withdraw course we got laid off due to pandemic, we raised the complaint about the cancellation this the situation which came across.

                  They are not even canceling my subscription because I was falsely promised at the beginning.

                  I raised a complaint about the cancellation more than 20 times through mail and calls again and again. Still no response from them, I only receive an Auto-Generated email stating the policy of cancellation.

                  I request each and every individual, to not join this FRAUD EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION.

                  This is not the first time, you people have been giving the same answers form the last 90 + days we have dropped more than 20 mail and 40 to 50 calls on an average of 3hrs a day to get connected with you useless people. Your support and sales team keeps on promising we will do understand and take the complaint the next there would be auto-generated mail saying that we can't help you. your sales team makes a false promise and traps us. I all need is the cancellation and my refund I don't you people get in touch with me over a call or whatever say. I don't even believe you, people, at least 0.1 %. All I need my refund back. If you won't respond we are gonna post the audio to how you people deal with clients and all the fraud activities.

                    Address: 23/2, 3RD CROSS, SUBEDARPALYA, YESHWANTPUR BANGLORE KARNATKA

                    I enrolled for this course on 3rd December 2020. I was suggested by the sales person that I can proceed for the Black belt directly before enrolling for SS Green belt. (FALSE PROMISE)

                    I had to join the batch starting from 19th as prior batch was already begun from 27th November. (Sales person promised that the new class will begin from 5th December. (ANOTHER FALSE PROMISE)

                    I re-registered for the session that was supposed to begin from 19th December 19:30 PM IST.
                    The professor taking the session informed me that I need to enroll for the Greenbelt before attending the Black Belt.

                    I have been fooled around completely by these people. I have spend 14000 one shot payment and got nothing.

                    They are not even cancelling my subscription because I was falsely promised at the beginning.

                    I raised a complaint for cancellation on 10th and on 18th again. Still no action has been taken. I only receive an Auto-Generated email stating the policy of cancellation.

                    I do not appreciate this sort of business. This is not even ethical.

                      Nobody helps after we pay for the course. I have been trying to reach the learning consultant from 3 days but no one is there to help. When i call, they answer but wont talk. They will be on mute. After raising service tickets they wont resolve it. I wanted to extend my assessment date and project submission date which they initially said they can if we contact them. But now no one is helping. Isnt this cheating. Before and after sale services are completely different.

                        Despite being informed that a refund of £650 had been processed last month, this has still not been received within your stipulated cut-off date. Neither has a copy of the SWIFT remittance been provided confirming the payment has been made. It is impossible to get through to anyone in customer support - the telephone number just rings off and there are support tickets in relation to this refund which still remain unanswered.

                        Good morning,

                        Further to the message received on Friday last from Juhi at Simplilearn, I have sent a couple of messaged chasing for an update.

                        The last message received was the Finance Team at SimpliLearn were going to contact their bank to run a payment trace, and despite sending 2 follow up emails, neither have been acknowledged nor answered.

                        Please can I have an update today together with a proposal for sorting out my refund immediately?

                          Hi All,

                          1.There is severe deficiency in services provided by SIMPLILEARN with respect to the TOGAF 9.2 training and certification program, as against the information provided by the company representative Nirmala C during the enquiry and booking of the program.
                          2. The above mentioned program was marketed at a discounted price of INR 36, 000/-, as the registration fee including examination vouchers (worth USD 495) for TOGAF Levels 1 & Level 2 (Combined), and including one re-attempt in case of not being able to complete either of the exams in the first attempt. The program also offered Lifetime self-paced e-learning contents, which was suitable considering my professional circumstances.
                          3. Based on the offer, on[protected], I booked the program, by paying an amount of Rs. 36, 000/- (Thirty Six Thousand Only)
                          4. I contacted Mrs. Nirmala C in the first week of July 2020, requested for the exam voucher as it was required for him to complete the exams as part of his organization’s promotion requirement, and program fee reimbursement requirement, and further send an email on[protected], requesting for the exam vouchers.
                          5. However, your representative replied stating that the date for exam voucher request has expired, while such time limit was never communicated to my client at the time of booking.
                          6. Further, your representative informed that they would take approvals and provide the voucher, however even after multiple e-mail follow-ups and telephonic conversations, the same is still not done, thus impacting my client’s career progression.
                          7. Your act amounts to cheating by fraudulently and dishonestly inducing the consumer to purchase the above program, but not providing the exam vouchers when requested.
                          8. You have caused losses and inconvenience to me in not being able to apply for TOGAF exams

                          Simplilearn has been fraudulent in services and my money is stuck there. Although the representative has written to me that she Simplilearn will provide it, they have been faking with false statements. I have attached the invoice and mail communication with the representative.

                            I won't recommend Simplilearn to anybody because they are fraud and cheating.
                            I have lost Rs 16, 000 already and they are again asking me to pay Rs 10, 700 for the mistake made by them.

                            I registered for the ITVL4 course one year before. The validity of the exam was one year. During this period, I haven't received any information on exam procedures and the registration process. They called several times for selling new courses and for references. When I tried to appear for the exam it directed me to a Third-party site and asked me to do the registration process. This was not briefed to me during enrollment and even after the exam booking. The customer relationship person Aswij was reluctant and was not willing to take this concern. Because here the employees keep on changing and Aswij is interested to take only new candidates processing.

                            He refused to provide supports for my concern.This made me stressed out. Finally, he asked me to pay extra Rs 10, 700 stating that the exam voucher expired. It is their fault for not guiding me through the exam registration process.

                            I am not ready to pay twice for the exam which I didn't appear at least once.
                            If Simplilearn is genuine they should refund my course amount. If not, the public has to understand that " Simplilearn is simply cheating".

                              When i registered for the course csm by selecting toronto location it showed me 699$. But after that my cc was charged for 935$ which was not acceptable and after which i called up simplilearn and they are saying its in usd but no where it was mentioned as usd in their website. I have raised a refund request for the same which is getting processed. Pfa the screen shots for the same.

                              The refund of 699$ was Approved as per above but today as per the attached they are saying they are not. Am not sure why are they cheating like this. Can some one let me know how to take this legally as i have all the evidences. Because this has cause lot of mental stress and pressure which leads to depression.

                                While enrolling the counselor enrolled me by saying that I can cancel the course any point of time during the course duration. And while enrolling I said her also that I want to start the course after a month not now. So she said yes it fine you enroll now because we are offering 35% discount and you might not get this later. So after getting multiple calls from her. I thought fine let take it as if I dnt like I can cancle it later..

                                So I enrolled

                                And after a month when I started the course and gone though the videos for 3 days I didn't liked it and I asked for the refund . Then the support team from simplilearn started saying sir you can't cancel because you have cross the 7 days refund policy from the enrollment date..

                                I tried multiple times but they don't cancel the course and the EMI which they only provided from zest money.

                                Over the call while enrolling the counselor never said about the 7 days policy . Though am not interested to do the course still they are forcing me to do it.

                                And after sending multiple emails now they are say sir we can just swap you to another course if you don't like this one . But we can't refund the money..

                                When I am not interested why they are forcing. And the EMI they made its of 85000 rupees which is not a small amount . But no they not cancelling it .

                                Why should I pay when I am not studying. And why should I go to their policy when their counsilor only lied to to me and enrolled me to the course.

                                  Hi i have paid 33, 000 for prince2 course and due to pandemic covid19 there was no option to book paper exam in hyderabad, after conversing with one of the customer care executive they advised me to choose the location bangalore for now and was promised that they will be able to change the date to whenever the paper exam in hyderabad is available which i followed, but now i have the contact details of swathi (Simplilearn executive) is not working and the contact number of simplilearn customer care has recorded answers where my query won't fit and the bangalore brach contact number available is not working.

                                    There is no way to get any help from the bot it kept for repeating the same crap time and then again.
                                    Also tried reaching your customer support rep, reached ankush twice and explained my difficulty but both the time he kept me on voice mail and discconected the call. He also promised a call back which didnt happen.

                                    Why do have such appalling customer interactive process, when getting enrolled with yourself is the matter of minutes but rest all the customer is left with hue and cry!

                                      I have been committed by Praveen Kumar following:
                                      1) Simplilearn labs will not have restrictions and limitations. Later it was found that even basics were not working. Escalation had happened to Koyel Chowdhury, but no formal communication happened.
                                      2) I was committed evening batch would come from 8th August, but later I have been asked to join 15th Aug batch. Delay was not accounted for.
                                      3) BAD SERVICE - Praveen Kumar had stopped responding after we escalated LAB problem i.e. 2 August. Even today i.e. 19th Aug, I have not heard from any SimpliLearn representative.
                                      4) I was committed for 2 complimentary courses, I have whatsapp proof but now there is no response from Praveen. Despite email to his official emails.
                                      5) Me and my friend was committed AZ 300 and AZ 301 self learn classes for life long as complimentarty but nothing has happened so far.

                                        A very bad customer experience. Very rude behavior, while selling so nice but when a customer is in pain they refuse, shout, and make false statements. Incomplete information was given by the sales team while selling the course and after paying thousands you get the real picture.
