course cancellation and refund

I have subscribed to the "dual pgp course for data science and ai" course in 13th february 2020. Immediately after subscription, instead of showing both data science and ai in the course page, i was only able to see data science assigned to me. This issue was only resolved at 18th february 2020. My learning consultant then informed me to register for a live class (Trial period) to see if i am happy with course content. She also mentioned...

When i registered for the course csm by selecting toronto location it showed me 699$. But after that my cc was charged for 935$ which was not acceptable and after which i called up simplilearn and they are saying its in usd but no where it was mentioned as usd in their website. I have raised a refund request for the same which is getting processed. Pfa the screen shots for the same.

The refund of 699$ was Approved as per above but today as per the attached they are saying they are not. Am not sure why are they cheating like this. Can some one let me know how to take this legally as i have all the evidences. Because this has cause lot of mental stress and pressure which leads to depression.

    I have enrolled for cissp certification with exam voucher in year 2019. Post completion of training, i had requested for exam voucher. Where simplilearn examination team had asked about 4 tentative dates suitable for appearing for an exam and i shared tentative dates december 26, 2019 february 26, 2020 april 17, 2020 july 28, 2020.

    Without informing me the exam team had booked the slot for december...

    While enrolling the counselor enrolled me by saying that I can cancel the course any point of time during the course duration. And while enrolling I said her also that I want to start the course after a month not now. So she said yes it fine you enroll now because we are offering 35% discount and you might not get this later. So after getting multiple calls from her. I thought fine let take it as if I dnt like I can cancle it later..

    So I enrolled

    And after a month when I started the course and gone though the videos for 3 days I didn't liked it and I asked for the refund . Then the support team from simplilearn started saying sir you can't cancel because you have cross the 7 days refund policy from the enrollment date..

    I tried multiple times but they don't cancel the course and the EMI which they only provided from zest money.

    Over the call while enrolling the counselor never said about the 7 days policy . Though am not interested to do the course still they are forcing me to do it.

    And after sending multiple emails now they are say sir we can just swap you to another course if you don't like this one . But we can't refund the money..

    When I am not interested why they are forcing. And the EMI they made its of 85000 rupees which is not a small amount . But no they not cancelling it .

    Why should I pay when I am not studying. And why should I go to their policy when their counsilor only lied to to me and enrolled me to the course.

      Hi i have paid 33, 000 for prince2 course and due to pandemic covid19 there was no option to book paper exam in hyderabad, after conversing with one of the customer care executive they advised me to choose the location bangalore for now and was promised that they will be able to change the date to whenever the paper exam in hyderabad is available which i followed, but now i have the contact details of swathi (Simplilearn executive) is not working and the contact number of simplilearn customer care has recorded answers where my query won't fit and the bangalore brach contact number available is not working.

        Team - am trying to figure out a way to submit project for my lssbb cerfications am enrolled toufeeq (Toufeeq. [protected]@gmail.com)
        There is no way to get any help from the bot it kept for repeating the same crap time and then again.
        Also tried reaching your customer support rep, reached ankush twice and explained my difficulty but both the time he kept me on voice mail and discconected the call. He also promised a call back which didnt happen.

        Why do have such appalling customer interactive process, when getting enrolled with yourself is the matter of minutes but rest all the customer is left with hue and cry!

          I have been committed by Praveen Kumar following:
          1) Simplilearn labs will not have restrictions and limitations. Later it was found that even basics were not working. Escalation had happened to Koyel Chowdhury, but no formal communication happened.
          2) I was committed evening batch would come from 8th August, but later I have been asked to join 15th Aug batch. Delay was not accounted for.
          3) BAD SERVICE - Praveen Kumar had stopped responding after we escalated LAB problem i.e. 2 August. Even today i.e. 19th Aug, I have not heard from any SimpliLearn representative.
          4) I was committed for 2 complimentary courses, I have whatsapp proof but now there is no response from Praveen. Despite email to his official emails.
          5) Me and my friend was committed AZ 300 and AZ 301 self learn classes for life long as complimentarty but nothing has happened so far.

            A very bad customer experience. Very rude behavior, while selling so nice but when a customer is in pain they refuse, shout, and make false statements. Incomplete information was given by the sales team while selling the course and after paying thousands you get the real picture. Highly disappointed by the services and methodology adopted by the sales team, vey very bad experience

              I was looking for digital marketing course and came across Simplilearn. I got repeated calls from sales team for enrollment but I resist due to short trial period of the course and after the Senior consultant assurance of One month trial period with full money back guarantee (going beyond company legal policy of 7 days ) along with additional access to any course listed in Simplilearn portfolio convinced me to enroll for the course on 31st March 2020 .
              After attending live classes and self learning video content I was not satisfied with the course content and drop an email and contacted on phone and whatsapp as well within 14 days to get back my money back. Sales team (including senior consultant who promised me one month guarantee) considered my request and assured me of full refund but they said since all refund is processed at the 10th of next month you will get your money within 2-3 working days i.e latest by 15th of May 2020. I waited till 20th May and but didn't receive my refund. I contacted them and they said due to internal issues we were not able to transfer your refund but for sure by next month i.e by 15th June you will get your refund but its 18th June and I didn't received my refund.
              I have all written messages exchanged with the sales team in record from the phone number mentioned in the official email and already submitted to customer care team (Ticket no[protected].I believed Simplilearn a professional online learning platform but its not there is huge gap between Sales and customer care team. Sales team give false promises for enrollment not to fulfill.

                I have taken course for pg ai-ml program for 190000, and paid 35 thousand. For me it was told that class will be in evening and there will be 2 batch morning and evening and i can choose. But i got assigned with evening batches or all year and i am not compatible with. Even they told trainer will be from either from ibm and purdue, and thats why simplilearn is charging more but the instructor is freelancer. Even when i made the payment he told there is 7 days for refund but now denying as they were not responding for 3 days. I have refund recording for proof. The person who was in touch with me is spandan, and the person who told me about refund is sunoy. And the trainer is samridhi dutta[she is freelancer]

                  My name is pankaj and i enrolled a course of business analyst from simplilearn at cost of 39, 100/- and i pay this amount through the emi optionof zestmoney link which they have sent me. My online class is about to start from 6 june. But due to a mishappening happened with me in this pendamic at my hometown. I came my hometown and i am unable to attend their class and i am unable to pay emi because i have lost my job in this pendamic. So i requested to simplilearn that cancel my subscription as i have not attend any class and refund that amount to zestmoney as i am not able to pay emi now.
                  But they denied and again and again telling me that refund is not possible.

                  They are just doing sales with people in this pendamic where many of people have lost their job. It all happened with in 10 days only

                  They are not accepting my situation. Please help me out.

                    Hi team, my name is amit pathak and i have taken one course from simpli learn, course was related to data science, so i have gone through a chapter and i found that it is not my cup of tea and i decided to cancel the course and i requested for refund on 16 th march within two or three days after enrollment and then after i received some calls from simplilearn tram, account manager name was shekhar so he explained something about course and asked me to cancel the request, but i have never cancelled the refund request and then after i started to take follow up continuously regarding my refund and every time i have been told that my refund has been initiated and approved and i will get my refund but in have not received my refund yet and now they are saying that i have requested for cancellation of refund which i never did, and i have not attended their single class and today itself emi amount has been deducted from my account, my ticket id is 00527441, kindly help in getting my money back. After attending two sessions i informed their executive to cancel it and he did acknowledged no. Of time and assured me that cancellation is in process. This loan was issued with this condition and fraud statement was given by simplilearn executive.

                      Hello, my name is josephine nguyen this company simplilearn is very dishonest and never follow what said they are going to do. I promised at the beginning of the class i look at the project digitial marketing associate class i was told that help and assisted through the project step by step that will not be a problem. I got to my project i need help with called chetan and hijohi they promised me that archita certain times assisted me step project. Chetan on 4/7/2020 at 6 pm and hijohi at 8 pm with course expert archita that never. Archita try to call me on 4/7/2020 randon times i was middle of interview never told designated time she was going to call me. I call back number tried call me says disconnected have recording to provide it. I have phone log what time she call me as well. I recorded message what was spoke as well with the representative need proof with customer service chetan and hijoji. My class was suppose to end 4/9/2020 instead closed my class 4/8/2020 because did not want to help me with the project because archita suppose to call 8pm 4/8/2020. I took screenshot of the picture as well. My resolution give refund for class misrepresented what do for the students and course expert just not want to help the student. Honestly need full refull for misrepresentation simplilearn portrays helps it students this misleading and wrong. Simplilearn take money for class never help the student. Please waste your money with simplilearn please run all bunch of liars and deceitful. Give sample and instructions not related to the assignments with instructions that do go step how to complete the project. Leave student puzzle and confused what to do. Course instructors repeat do not want help they just want to take your money please forget getting help. I like full refund because misrepresentation and lies this company represents.

                      Simplilearn is scam artist school try to get students money without helping and promised to help them. I proof all log that been said and phone when and who called.

                      Need full refund for false representation from employees and course experts. They are not here help students but get their money and not help them.

                        course cancellation or swap issue

                        I got registered for data science course at simplilearn after they bugged with several phone calls and assured me on call that course can be withdrawn in 7 days after the registration.
                        I did registration to experience one of the live class sessions and make a decision on simplilearn. Once i got to know that most of the live classes are being held on weekends, i have decided to withdraw from the course and requested them to cancel...

First month i was promised for trainer change and again on march 28th i got same trainer whom i wasn't understanding in the last session also.                           I had purchased the course on 23 march 2020 but with 24 hours had made a refund request on 24 march 2020 10:37 pm. Still not got a confirmation email from your company wheather refund has been initiated or not. Please look into it i have been calling to support team from 3-4 days but haven't got any satisfactory response from your end. Please look into it my ticket number for refund is 9925.

                            From simple learn i m doing the masters program in data science. Every month from my bank account emi's are automatically deducted. Due to some personal reason i am not able to continue in this course for some financial condition. So i request you to please cancel my emi's from your side as soon as possible. I am not in the condition to pay further debts. Please cancel my course.

                              Hi team,

                              I enrolled for togaf training & certification with simplilearn in july-2019.

                              During my enrolment the simplilearn relationship manager haven’t mentioned me about any terms and conditions.

                              In feb-2020, i reached to simplilearn support and asked about my togaf examination voucher – i was sad to hear my voucher got expired and i again need to pay additional amount to get my voucher.

                              It's very disappointing that simplilearn team didn't even consider to process the exam vouchers just because it got expired.

                              It would have been much better if someone from simplilearn would called and informed me that my voucher going to expire.

                              During december-2019, i even raised "simplilearn support[protected]" and was misleaded. The support team didn’t mentioned that my voucher going to expire.

                              Again i feel like i just paid the entire mount only for live class which is very disappointing.

                              I believe simplilearn as an organisation would stick on to their words and get me the justice.

                              Can someone from simplilearn management give utmost priority to this issue?
