I was join in feb course duration 6 months but is did not complete course on time and take gap between during course we wait long after my other have medical issues i was accident not stop emi and refund amount . They did not deliver programme on time i was emails lots of time, for course and time call customer care wrost services i call sales persons who sale me course but no one reply for emi, simplilearn totaly fraud name of job gurantee programme pls stop emi if not possible to refund i am unemployme these day,

I was join simplilearn in feb 2023 which offered 6 months testing Job gurantee program . course duration is six months but completed in 8 months while my mother and i also met with an accident i tried email or call but not get any genuine responce, i have no job yet, neither are they refunding nor they stop emi and many more issues with simplilearn . pls help asap

    I joined the Data Science in Simplilearn as they assured for Job Guaranteed program for 1, 68, 303. Later, in 30 days, I asked the Simplilearn team (sales), Sales Agent "Huma" to cancel the course immediately. But she had a few health issues and said that she had raised a ticket and will contact me in a few days. Also, I had no access to raise a ticket or contact LMS (simplilearn).

    But after 2 months Propelld team tortured my family and me to pay EMI and the course was not cancelled.
    A guy from the Propelld team said that this course is spam and I won't get a proper response unless I go to Bangalore office and request my Mom to pay emi immediately. Out of pressure, my mom tend to pay EMI Of October. (first emi)

    But the course was not canceled. Also at initial stage, in the invoice that I signed, I was told only the amount of rs. 168303 to be paid and there will be no extra interest rates.

    Later, after 2 months, as they said the course could not be canceled I started taking up those classes and paid EMIs regularly for 14 months now, course is closed completely. Without proper guidance to exams .. At sudden simplilearn has announced a qualifying test that bears questions out of syllabus. Even most of my team members has said even after having completed with test and course. they didn't guide them on the career program,

    Still now I have paid 78000 fees and not willing to continue any further .. I didn't even received my certificate and paying this very useless course. Please help me in this case to cancel the Course EMI from Propelld team.

    Propelld team has applied 11.6 % interest percent in my course amount on sum they are forcing me to pay 2 Lakhs for this course

        Hi I am a learner at simplilearn currently enrolled in PGP in Data Analytics, i was enrolled by Vignesh Nayak (learner success manager) in the year 2022 october, but due to my personal (medical) issue i was not able to continue with my course. In the year 2023 I requested simplilearn to assign me a new cohort so that i can resume my course, please be advised its assigning a new cohort and not a course swap, but after few classes i came to know this course is not my suit and it is getting hard for me to cope up. So i requested simplilearn to swap my course to Digital Marketing which is a less expensive course than data analytics, as company policy says tickets will be resolved within 24-48 hrs mine took 144 hrs i.e 6 days.
        For your information I have not completed even 20% of the course not submitted any projects. I dont see any problem with the swap but today around 12.30 i got a mail that your request has been denied. In the time of enrolment my learner success manager never told anything about THIS COURSE IS NON REFUNDABLE, THIS COURSE CANNOT BE SWAPPED. I was denied my right to information as an Indian citizen.

        I am asking simplilearn should i throw my 1.5 Lakh rupees because it is hard earn and i dont see any serious issue which might in the way of swapping. Its a humble request to simplilearn to proceed with my swapping request.

          Wrong voucher code shared and replacement denied. Unable to give exam and fees not refunded. 50 days and no acknowledgment to social media messages and emails. Peoplecert have confirmed that codes shared are not used for exam and routed me to Simplilearn for code replacement, still not helping.

            Hi Team,
            I had enrolled in simplilearn bootcamp for ALML later I wanted to cancel my course because of professional reasons. I contacted simplilearn who told me to extend the course and I was okay however I realised that I not want deduction of amount when I can't take the course and want to cancel the course and contacted simplilearn again however they are refusing to give back the refunds as they have clear policy of refund stating we can take refunds within 7 days of enrollment and not used 25% of course. As an individual if I'm not wanting to continue with the course I can opt out. I just want to cancel the course and get back my money. Kindly help

              I got cheated by a salesperson named "Sadiq" from Simplilearn in Business Analyst Course.

              I have been under immense financial difficulty for last 3 months since the company where i work is in bad condition. I was looking to do some course to improve skills even inspite of this situation by taking some loans.

              on 31/10/2023 I was looking out for a course in CCBA and when the sales person Sadiq told me he has a course which includes the IIBA exam fees included. I completely trusted the salesperson Sadiq because I know Simplilearn is a reputed brand and I already did a CSM certification course with simplilearn so I didn’t have any second thoughts when the sales person made those offers to me.

              On 4/11/23 I only got alarmed when the tutor in class told me that I’m not eligible for CCBA exams and on the same day i messaged and called Sadiq also haven’t replied to my text since 2 weeks.

              I have also raised a support request for Refund on 9/11/23 since i didnt get any call back from sadiq and they offered to get back to me in 2 days but now they arent even answering my calls. My support request was handled by a person named "Akash tiwari".

                Please resolve my issue because I have not taken any course from them but still I paid around 15000 rs emi and also still my emi is running with penalty intrest now it came around 49000 rs but the course fees is itself 42000 rs on april 2022 and i have also contacted both simplilearn and liquiloans also but they didn't done anything so, please kindly resolve my issue and do the needful .

                      The course (TOGAF) when I had registered had options to complete the training online or via classroom. Simplilearn has now changed the rules stating the student is required to attend all virtual classroom classes (100% attendance). I was advised - Partial attendance of the Virtual classroom (as permitted previously when I registered) and Online, self learning option will not suffice any more.

                      Initial virtual classroom batch was oversized with complaints from multiple students (please note I had not complained then). Simplilearn has also cancelled classes/batches multiple times. I had politely re-registered for a class that suited me. Then, this class was also cancelled. I am Sydney based, no timings convenient to me was provided after this.
                      As mentioned above, the attendance rules were also changed !!!

                      So, given the service was not delivered as per the agreed standards, medium and timeline, Simplilearn is liable for a refund and potentially damages in terms of the stress and time wastage caused to the students. I am sure that I am not the only student impacted by this failure on Simplilearn's side.

                      Had discussed this with their representative. She had promised me that Simplilearn's finance team will contact me to process a refund. When I followed up, she vanished from all communication. After following up after half a dozen times, the new person denied a refund. The customer service team, has been very very difficult to reach and deal with.

                        I have enrolled in Simplilearn Data science job guarantee course in Aug 2022 cohort 3. As at that time also I was a working professional and looking to change my job profile. Their sales representative Mr Manikandan Ganpati framed me and told me that I will get a very good hike on my current CTC. Our students average hike are 50 to 70%. I fall in his trap and enroll in their course. Classes started on 5th September and I have completed the course with all necessary formalities and certification in Feb 23. As per job guarantee terms we have to wait for 6 months more for their job guarantee and has to apply on hirist portal and on links shared by them. I have applied on all links shared by them but they deliberately done something wrong so that my application don't submit to them. After completing 6 months and not getting a single interview call I request them to refund my money but they are refusing.
                        Simplilearn has done fraud with me and looted my hard earned money. Kindly help to get my money back from them.

                          I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the Business Analytics course I recently enrolled in. I registered for this course with high expectations, especially as a newcomer in this domain. However, my experience so far has been far from satisfactory.

                          I find the pace of the course to be excessively fast, leaving little room for in-depth understanding of the concepts being taught. The faculty appears to be more focused on completing the syllabus within the stipulated 16 sessions rather than ensuring that the students grasp the material thoroughly. Considering the significant amount I paid for this course, I expected a more comprehensive and learner-friendly approach.

                          Furthermore, the expectation to master complex topics within 16 days, followed by a project completion deadline of 15 days, seems unrealistic, especially for someone like me who is new to this field. It is impractical to expect students to achieve mastery in such a short timeframe, particularly in a subject as intricate as Business Analytics.

                          I kindly request Simplilearn to reconsider the course structure and pacing, allowing for a more nuanced and immersive learning experience. This adjustment would not only benefit the students but also uphold the reputation of Simplilearn as a provider of high-quality education.

                            Hello,

                            I was contacted by Mr. Aakarsh K J from Simplilearn, who introduced me to their course offerings. While I expressed interest in skill enhancement, I hadn't finalized my decision on which technology to explore. Mr. Akarsh recommended the Data Analytics course, which later turned out not to align with my interests.

                            I was subsequently connected with Mr. Premjith K, who assured me that I could enroll without any initial payment. He suggested I review the course content, and if it didn't meet my needs, I could cancel it before September 3, 2023. Relying on this assurance, I conducted a thorough self-study of the course materials and concluded it wasn't the right fit for me.

                            I promptly initiated the course cancellation process via email. Despite adhering to Simplilearn's cancellation guidelines, I received no response from Mr. Premjit or any other representative. This was deeply concerning, as I was explicitly assured of a hassle-free cancellation without financial obligations.

                            I contacted Simplilearn support on Twitter, explained the situation, and received a robotic response stating that a refund to the bank was not possible. To make matters worse, ICICI Bank informed me that the payment had already been processed to Simplilearn, with deductions scheduled for September 3rd. As the sole earner in my household, I'm facing financial constraints and cannot afford these deductions but I also know that Simplilearn is not giving back that money.

                            What's particularly disconcerting is that despite repeated requests, they have failed to provide the call recording, whereas I possess the complete transcript of our conversation. During my interaction with Premjith, I was in a Google Meet with a colleague, and Google Meet's transcript function was activated. I have proof as well that I showed to Simplilearn
                            However, they opted to engage in fraudulent activities, exploiting individuals and misappropriating their hard-earned finances.

                            I also reached out to several individuals on LinkedIn who held positions at the management level, but unfortunately, I received two responses, although they didn't provide any resolution.

                            The primary focus of the individuals I interacted with was to quickly fill the vacant seat by making false promises.

                            The EMI deduction is going to start, what should I do?

                              Hii m Gurpreet Kaur from Panipat. Last year in march or april month I enrolled in data science job guarantee bootcamp course which was offered by simplilearn and in this course there was a contract that they will provide students a 5lpa job as per the name i mentioned above (data science job guarantee bootcamp), they told me that they will provide job and if they failed to provide job they will refund the money. So that i took admission in this course by deposited 25000 admission fees in may be april month then in may month they started the online session on weekend. Beside this there was also a contract that student have to fulfil all the terms and conditions which they would give and conditions was like student have to perform all test of respective courses like excel, python, statistical, tableau.sql and machine learning and also student have to submit projects of all these courses given. I submit all the projects and clear all the tests. There was another conditions like student have to fill
                              50 %forms which will shared by simplilearn career services and in 80 to 85 forms they shared with me and i fill nearby 70 forms and and also they created portal on hirist, iim jobs and in found it platforms and studnts have to apply 40 jobs per month and it was part of career services. total course was of 1 year in which 6 months is for study and remaining 6 months for career services or job to apply and i followed all the given terms and conditions they mentioned in contract. one day i mailed them after the course to refund my fees they said i didn't fill forms as they mentioned 50 % of forms then next day i count all the forms that i filled and i found that there was 60 to 70 forms which i filled ..then i mailed them and mentioned about filled forms but after 2 to 3 days all the data of filled forms was removed ..like the forms showing me i didnt fill the forms and then i realized that they did something wrong with my forms which were i filled. i am totally eligible for refund process but when i mailed them they were ignoring me. they even did not reply on my mails. As i m totally eligible for refund process but they are ignoring me... i just want to get my parents hard earned money back because i complete all the things that they mentioned in contract. I even didnt get a single interview call after completed all the conditions. I m hereby requesting you please help me in gettiing my fees back

                              Hii m Gurpreet Kaur from Panipat. Last year in march or april month I enrolled in data science job guarantee bootcamp course which was offered by simplilearn and in this course there was a contract that they will provide students a 5lpa job as per the name i mentioned above (data science job guarantee bootcamp), they told me that they will provide job and if they failed to provide job they will refund the money. So that i took admission in this course by deposited 25000 admission fees in may be april month then in may month they started the online session on weekend. Beside this there was also a contract that student have to fulfil all the terms and conditions which they would give and conditions was like student have to perform all test of respective courses like excel, python, statistical, tableau.sql and machine learning and also student have to submit projects of all these courses given. I submit all the projects and clear all the tests.                                 I have enrolled for this program on 27 may 2022 and course was started in June 2022. I have completed all the certification with project within the timelines as per Job guarantee terms and condition attached below.
                                After that they have started my career services for Job in February 2023
                                and its end on August 07, 2023.
                                I am following all terms and condition for Jobs.
                                1. I completed Course with 100 % attendance.
                                2. Completed all the projects.
                                3. I completed Resume Preparation.
                                4. Attented Mock interviews.
                                5. I have applied more than 50 job per each month on hirsit portal and IIM jobs which provide by career services. apart from that also applied on naukri, linkedin.
                                6. I have fills all the google forms for career services Job But not even shortlist in any of the above .
                                7. Simplilearn Doing India Biggest Education Scam . Please stop them

                                I Have Raise Ticket for refund . They have extended my career services saying that you have not applying for the jobs even after applying for the Job.

                                According to the terms and conditions provided during enrolment, it is clearly stated that in the event of not securing a job placement after completing the program, I am eligible for a refund of the program fees.

                                    Hi Team, Again and again iam rasing concern please help me resolve the issue. the Exam voucher whihc provide by you its not working. already i have raised ticket but you have deviated my question.                                       False warning mail send me that I not applied the jobs shared by career service.
                                      I asked them to give a list of jobs that I haven't filled gform still now no response from the simplilearn.

                                      One of the No 1 waste edu platform is simplilearn.

                                      They make promise that u will get a job in data scientist and min package is 5lpa.
                                      And they are sharing the jobs irrelevant to data science field and packages are 3-4lpa.

                                        I was initially not eligible for this program being a BBA graduate and also from academic point of view. still their salesman got me convinced and got me enrolled with this ptogram. i dont want to continue with this please stop my course and my emi. i dont further want to go forward with this program. even their course material is so poor and basic. their service is also so basic . even after paying such huge amount we have to plead them for basic services from them.
                                        please stop my course and cancel my emi and enrollment as soon as possible.
