Dear sir,

I have raised compliant on Simplilearn Team due to scam money of my saving Account. This is incident 16th June 2023.

Before two month, Simplilearn Team member call to me for start course Cloud Architecture for better future but I told him right now I have not interest join to your course.

During call these person told me please share your Debit Card and OTP so that I have check your eligible for join course on your Debit card just check process still I told him not interest right now due to financial issue.

After one month, ICICI customer Team called me please pay Financial loan (41K) something on debit card from Simplilearn services company.

I have informed you that more than complain customer call of Simplilearn service company but still not positive response given from Simplilearn Team.

Also, I have raise complain support ticket Case ID:[protected] and informed to Near my ICICI bank this types Fraud matter.

Now, i have seen my saving Account has been Lien and minus my amount on saving Account.

Request you please help me resolved this types of fraud matter.

    I was promised to get career assistance while enrolling in Masters in Data science course. After the course got over they just shared two links and told to start apply in it. Is this career assistance. I have 8 yrs of experience in medical coding field. They told I can go into healthcare domain itself so that my experience dont get wasted but now they just shared link and kept silent. In the website they shared there is no much vacany for healthcare domain or fresher. In healthacre also they are asking for data science experience. These manual search we can do by ourself the what is the use of career assistance? I even applied for 2 to 3 companies but they didnt even call for interview, just rejected the application. Either I need proper career guidance orelse amount refund

    They only give fake promises, they need only money, it is a big scamming organisation. They dont care about anyone career or education, for money they are ready to do anything.

    They should do this in different field not in the education field.

      Hello. I started doing "Social media foundations" course on Simplilearn on 26th of july and got a free access to all of the lessons. After the completion of all the lessons, I was asked to pay 499/- in order to receive certification. After I paid the said amount, I was redirected to the page which said I need to complete the course 85% to access the certificate, which can only be done through upgradation course and the course I did, was only 70% of the whole. For the upgradation course, I'll have to pay a different fee.
      The refund policy states, only 25% or less course need to be consumed in order to plea for refund.
      I consider this as a misconduct, since the course lessons were given free access, and when I paid for the certification, I wasn't provided with one. The information for certification requirement was given only after the amount was paid.
      I would like to get a refund or the certification for which i paid.

          This company lies about the course times and the flexibility. It is literally just copying exactly what the self learning videos show in the live sessions which give no supplemental information. I submitted for a refund weeks ago and have been playing a cat and mouse game with the manager. I don't blame the manager I blame the supervisers. I would like a refund issues before I escalate this further due to misinformation.

            Hello
            I have Joined Simplilearn Full stack job Guranteed program in june 2022 .
            They told me that by completed this course you will get minimum salary job of rupees 5 lpa and upto 40lpa salary job you an get .
            If job offering less than 5 lpa then i can ignore it .
            I just need to complete course, and get certified .
            I have done the same thing .I have done all projects, got certificate .
            My course was ended in December .
            after that they made excuse by saying that their is no any job in market so we are giving extra course named as job readiness with extra time period of 6 month.
            They started sharing job and said to apply job which is relevant to my profile .
            i am Fresher with no any experience in IT
            There were jobs which have more than 1 year of experience needed, some are different profile than mine, some of them have low salary, and some are internship .
            As said by them, i can ignore those jobs which are not relevant to me or which have low salary .
            Now i have applied for Refund then they are saying you had to apply for all jobs weather it is relevant or not.
            They are making excuses that i have not followed their policies, but truth is they changed their policies, everything .They also changed their website where i bought their course, in which there is no any job guranted programm as mine .
            I need my money back, i have requested many times to them but they are now abusing, threatning me .
            my Career, my life, my efforts, my money, everything destroyed .

              Hello
              i have joined Simplilearn Full stack job Guaranteed program in june 2022 and i paid 1 lakh 10 thousand five hundred rupees for it.
              They told me that they will teach me and i have to only complete my projects, and i will get minimum 5 lpa salaried job .Job salary range will be in between 5 lpa to 40lpa,
              i have done same thing. Course Was ended in December, after that they made an excuse by saying that there is no any job in market right now so we are introducing job readiness program in which they will share jobs and i have to apply which is relevant to my job profile .
              I am Fresher with no any experience, i have told them that i am fresher so they told me that you can ignore jobs which is not relevant to your profile .
              Their job Readiness programm is also ended on 19 july .

              i have applied for Refund then they said there will be no any refund because i have not applied all jobs.
              Those jobs which are asking for more than 1 year experience, also those which have not same profile as mine, some have low salary also, and some have internship, i have ignored them.
              now they are saying that they will not refund my money .
              They scammed me by saying fake promises .
              My career, my time, my efforts, my money, everything destroyed .

                I took admission in Artificial Intelligence Engineering.I was told during the admission that you can do this class even if you don't have a laptop, so I completed 4 sessions on mobile, but I realized in the first session that I can't access any recorded classes or any files which is shared without a laptop, so I put a request for a refund, which according to the policy which is before 7 sessions I can apply for refund. But simplilearn not refunding me which is in the policy. No one truly support me. They denied my refund request because I don't apply before 7 days of purchasing course but for bootcamp policy there is not mention that. customer care team member also talking very rudely.
                I want my refund because I am going according to there masterclass policy.

                  I am very disappointed with the issue happening with me in simplilearn today.
                  An year back i have taken a course through simplilearn in IU university by then my relationship manager. I was asked to do ann the necessary submission and i have done everything. I was told that i can do the course whenever i want by your relationship manager. I had taken a loan through propel and i have completed my last month after 12 months of payment in 2, 40, 000. Meanwhile i have called up my relationship managers and asked for updates.
                  Last month all of a sudden i got a call saying that i am deregistered for the course and i cannot do my course until i pay 27000 saying that i did not submit documents intimated. But i havent got any information from simpli learn or IU for the same. Meanwhile i got calls from the relationship managers only for the referrals if i can give and i had given them referrals.
                  Nobody ever told me about the documents when i asked the, if anything has to be done from my side. There are 4 relationship manager in between and the last manager is not even taking my calls.

                  Now i am unable to do my course after paying the entire amount of 2, 40, 000. Is this how you treat customers enrolled.

                  I want a solution for this, i have raised tickets, followed up and i have all the screenshots from your managers asking only for referal, please go through this mail chain. i want a fair solution on this issue.

                        I have opted for a digital marketing course which costed me 45000 in october 2022, i have opted for EMI option for 9 month each for 5000 rupees, now the 9 months are over and ideally this EMI should have stopped, however, i received email from my bank that this month too 5000 will be deducted from my account which should not be done.

                        When i contacted simplilearn, they routed me to their 3rd party payment company, who did not helped me and asked me to contact my bank to stop the EMI.
                        This is my Loan A/c No. CFB17554306

                        Kindly look into this and help me save my money.

                          I have had the most terrible experience with Simplilearn. Once you pay the amount, they dont care about anything.
                          It has been 2 months since I paid the amount (3rd May) but the PMP membership & exam voucher codes have still not been shared. I missed my company target and my performance rating and bonus have been compromised due to Simplilearn. The helpdesk and online support are a joke. There is no response on open tickets.

                          When asked for refund, the account manager Mr. Permjith stopped talking my calls.

                            I was approached by sales team of simplilearn and was offered a course in Digital Marketing alongwith finance from propelld .Though i was not so inclined in taking the course as i was not convinced with the content. I informed the sales agent that i am very well aware and familiar with digital marketing and looking for a professional course and not a beginners course to which i was informed that its an advance course specially for people who are already experienced in digital marketing and was offered a trial run also i had specifically requested them not to initiate my course before Diwali 2022. But the sales agent named Nandini Shukla asked me to enroll immediately and informed me that i can start my course whenever i want and my course duration will start once i begin with the course. After enrolling she called me up to check out the initial intro and let them know if there is any change required. As i was busy on a project i could not check it out and when in actual i went through the content i realised that it is for the very beginners and not just that the content of the course is completely outdated and almost 5 years old.
                            I called up the sales agent and asked her to cancel my course to which she told me now i cannot cancel the course as 15 to 20 days have already passed. To my surprise she disconnected the call, after couple of days i received a call from their survey team and as i informed them about the same, the offered to provide me with a solution in a weeks time. After a weeks time i called them up again to no one answered. After another few days i receive another call from a lady named shipra, telling me that she is my relationship manager, she asks me why am i need going through the course, to which i again explain her everything and again she tells me she ll come up with a solution of either getting me enrolled to latest course or she ll see what can be done and provides me with her number . After a weeks time i called her up, she informs me that she is on holiday and will be back in a weeks time.
                            I call her up after 10 days she is still on holiday and disconnects my call saying call up after a month and later blocks my number.
                            By this time i had raised couple of tickets and tried calling them up on their customer number and after explaining the whole situation either the call disconnects itself or they cant hear my voice.
                            During my latest and last few conversations with the grievance team member named Nibesh, earlier after alot of apology mails he agreed to everything and again offered me to enroll to latest course or any other course or also i can enroll someone else basically my nephew to the course, to which i agreed. But again they backed off from their promise, later on informing me that if i enroll someone else they wont provide any certification on their name and when i asked to them update their content on digital marketing with latest material (content)and enroll me to it, they disagreed to it as they will not be changing their outdated content.
                            finally i am left with no other choice, either they refund all my fees or i ll be forced to approach consumer forum.
                            (date of enrollment : 7th september 2022) earlier i was told its a one year course later i was informed its a 330 days course and i can begin it whenever i want and as i had asked for a professional and advance level course, just to pass their refund time they intentionally enrolled me a month before i could start the course and when i realised its a completely outdated content and of no use to any one, i was informed that my opting out time is over and since then instead of resolving the issue they have been delaying it so as just to pass on the course time and their different teams are involved in the whole scam.)

                              I have been trying to reach out to Simplilearn on the invalid exam voucher provided for PMI certificate program (course has been completed).

                              I issued the ticket on Simplilearn’s platform on 23rd Jun, while receiving the system’s auto reply saying that they’ll get back within 10 hours, there is only dead silence (27th).

                              Calling, reaching out to account manager, updating the ticket - nothing works.

                              Is this a scam? If not, I’d expect a resolution ASAP. The ticket number is: #01829289.

                                I've spoken with my simplilearn learning coordinator( Mr. Shouvik Chakraborty) about quitting my running course numerous times, but I've never received a satisfactory response. Students have the right to withdraw from a course at any time, and institutions cannot compel them to do so. From the beginning, I was saying that this could not be done by me, but they kept telling me to keep going because it is a job-guaranteed programme, and if you do not get the job, the money will be returned, and you just keep paying the EMI and all that. I was also not made aware of the 7-day refund company policy before. They never told me about this. But I already shared my genuine problem. I'm unable to pay my additional EMI payments because I have resigned from my current job also due to my marriage and my inability to prioritise my studies. I am unable to dedicate enough time to study due to my marital situation and some personal concerns.

                                I have requested so many times for discontinue or cancel my course and to provide me the letter of cancellation or A cancellation confirmation email in order for my EMI and loan to be terminated. I keep getting calls and texts from finance asking me to pay EMI continuously, which is really aggravating. But I have not gotten a satisfactory response from the institute/Simplilearn support team, as I'm not going to continue on this path, so why should I pay this money that is important to me?

                                In order to stop my ongoing EMIs, the finance company further advised me to provide a letter of cancellation from the institute. If the institute gives any confirmation of cancellation, my loan will soon be cancelled. But Simplilearn, however, treats me extremely carelessly. I have also raised the query ticket many times in the LMS portal, but no satisfactory answer or solution has been provided yet. However, we don't wish to receive refund-related responses. We don't want any refund or amount that I have already paid through EMI; I just want to quit or cancel this course and stop my further EMIs, which will not be paid by me because of my financial issues.

                                Please understand my situation and provide a solution. (Cancel a letter or Email from simplilearn.)

                                    I have completed six month of full course but from last two month not receive a single call from anyone. I have called many times to representative but he is left the job. The representative provide me the assurance of guarantee job after 6 months but now more than 8 month are completed. I request to please intervine in this matter and help me out from this scam as soon as possible. Also cancelled my loan every month they are just deduct 5600 from my saving bank account. Now I don't want to continue this course anymore please provide me the refund of amount whatever I was paid to the company. I have attached written proof also in below section.

                                        My career services are over and now i need my money back. i need each and every single penny back
                                        1. I cleared aptitude test and deposited fee for Data Science Job Gurantee Program but without my knowledge i was enrolled for post graduate data analyst program. proof attached
                                        2. I was told that 500+ fortune companies are going to come for placement but not even a single fortune company came and simplilearn has not conducted even a single interview in any company in these 6 months.
                                        3. The portal provided by simplilearn is doing fraud. Simplilearn has no control over these frauds and making to be part of this.
                                        4. I was promised that all the classes will be conducted on weekends but now all these are conducted on weekdays which is against the policy.
                                        5. Whenever i raise the ticket I don’t get any call back or proper response from them.
                                        6. I was told at the time of joining that there are no hidden terms and conditions but now at the end of the course they have introduced 11 projects which are compulsory and not possible to complete in 1 month as 1 project takes atleast 7-10 days. proof attached.
