    Guys stay away from Simplilearn if you want peace of mind. I had opted for a course after Simplilearn repeatedly spammed me and forced me to join by mentioning that I can cancel the program whenever i want. The very next day unfortunately i resigned from my Job and asked them to cancel my program over a call by trusting them and I never collected any evidence which is a big mistake. Now i realized that Simplilearn try to cover all these phone calls under carpet and acting as if nothing has happened and after 7 days they starting their game by showing some policy document and telling that i cannot get any refund. I have call recording of sales person saying that i can cancel the course any time before the course starts. FAKE people. Simplilearn support personnel play clever games by not allowing customers to reach to escalation points just to meet their greedy sales target. Now i'm struggling to stop my ECS mandate as i opted for flexi loan and Simplilearn threats me to make me as defaulter in banking system.I'm helpless, Please suggest if i can file a police complain with email and call recording evidence that i have.

      I enrolled with Simplilearn Online bootcamp (Data Analytics) on 7th October 2022 paying an amount of 42000 INR. I had approached for Business Analytics program, but the executive said its combined with Data Analytics. As I come from a non-IT/technical background, I was skeptical to go ahead with this. But to their assurance I took leap of faith. They assured me everything will be taught from scratch and there is no prerequisite. The first day-8th October 2022, they put me in a running mid-way batch. With multiple technical issues. After complaining the same, they gave me other dates, but the technical issue part was not acknowledged at all. Rather the guy who spoke to me on call suggested me to upgrade the program with even higher cost. The same issues were followed in next date as well. I had already started getting a bitter experience to which I demanded a refund which was simply denied. They gave me excuses like their policies and expired time of asking a refund. With no hope of getting my hard-earned money, I decided to take the classes from 3rd December 2022. After taking two sessions, I realized the course is just not relevant to me and it required more of technical/command knowledge. And this time, I could not bear this misinformation. I called the same executive who got me enrolled to this program and to this day as I draft this complain he never answered my call and neither called me back. Did not reply to any of my emails or texts. I went on speaking to multiple executives stating the same story repeatedly but no help. I requested either to give me refund or gave me a course swap. After plethora of calls and emails finally I was told if the next course I opt exceeds the existing course (worth 42K) then I will have to pay extra money but in case the new course costs lesser than existing course Simplilearn will not give me single penny back. Absurd, isn’t it? I still wanted to continue thinking something is better than nothing. I made several calls and wrote many emails and finally I received a confirmation that I am eligible for the course swap. But no further details were given on same. I kept on waiting for a long time, yet no one reached out to me. I chased again and then one of the executives writes back to me that course swap is not possible in my case after already receiving a confirmation on email. I had already lost my patience by now. I wrote them so many emails to which they say someone will reach out to me. They again sent an email on 13th January 2023 saying I am eligible for course swap and someone from team will reach out to me within 24-48 hours. Till date I have heard nothing from no one. No details no call back. I wanted to start a course in First week of October, due to their negligence I have lost my money and most importantly almost 4 months as well. I kindly plead you to intervene in the case and assist me regarding the same. I do not wish to go ahead with this program now unless they return my extra money and start the course immediately.

        I paid 1, 18, 300/- for the course of 'Business Analyst' from Simplilearn. While enrollment they did fake promises and now they are not staying on to they promise. When I asked them for refund they have stopped replying to my mails

          Paid 1,18,300/- and after completing the course no certificate was provided and nobody is replying on mails.

          I enrolled myself in the course from simplilearn and paid them 1, 18, 300/- and completed all the prequisets they ask me for completing the course and now they are not giving the certificate nor they are replying to my mails....

          My name is Suruchi Songara and I had enrolled for online data science job guarantee program with simplilearn online institute the fee for this course is rs 188600 to be paid in monthly instalment of rs 15670. The process of the admission was done online through video call. My loan was approved by propelled company through online process using my Aadhar and account number. They make the people fool by their 7 days return policy at the time of consultation the never make the student aware about their policies due to which they take advantage not to provide refund to the student they make strategy of making fool of the student and ask for refund they use their fake policy which they have created loan company. They are not able to provide the refund I bring this concern Plz look into this matter and my compliant register.

            My name is Suruchi Songara and I had enrolled for data science course and my classes was about to start from 28th Jan. Now due to some reasons I don't want to move forward with the course and want my refund also want to cancel upcoming EMIs. Now they are telling me that acc. refund policy we can't give you refund. But the consultant told me that I can withdraw within 7 days from date of classes started. Now they are denying. Kindly help me with my refund.

                For not giving me the access of IIM job Portal and not able to raise a ticket.

                I am trying to contact simplilearn team from so many days but not getting and response . i was told that after completion of course u will get the access of IIM job Portral and Placement Guidence but Now not Getting any response as i have completed My course....

                    Hai, My name is sekhar. I just saw one simplilearn website on the google and I got a call from one of the consultant and I listen all process of the data science course . Later i decided to enroll for the course but i didn't agree for the fee structure and they are saying there was an EMI tenure i have agree for that. But they add me for the business analytical IIT Roorkee. I asked them about it. They have enrolled for 12 months of tenure i told them to create for 36months now they are saying that we can't do and will do cancellation i agree for cancellation, Now my consultant said i cancelled but now i got a call from propelled team to make payment. They are saying that they didn't get any update about the cancellation. Now i am trying to CONTACT my consultant he didn't pick my call from two days and he threw me into a trouble. He only give some ### possible ways about it. Now he ignoring my call and messages. Please respond to my complaint as soon as possible. I didn't even attend any single class also.

                        I have enrolled for a course on November 29th. As per discussion they said the course will be started on Dec 4th but I didn't received any message or call from any of the person from simplilearn. Dorathy and Vinita and chandan used to call me multiple times till the time i enrolled for the course. I tried calling them many times but none of them responded. They didn't even told me that they have created a auto debit option for my account they have shared a link of propelled and asked to complete the process as it is the initial process. I didn't even took 1percent of course and I didn't know and gave any credentials also today my account got debited with 5595 how can u take the money without even taking the course. I have raised the complaint on propelled and also simplilearn. Simplilearn management please cancel my course foreclose my loan.

                          I have enrolled for a course on Nov 2022 29th. But later I didn't received any call from simplilearn for the course and I was busy with my work and tried reaching chandan, dorathy and vinuta from simplilearn team who have forced me like calling me daily 5 to 10times to enroll for course, but later no one responded to my calls. I am not aware that they have craeted a auto debit option from my account propelled and simplilearn are fraud and playing with students life. please help me in foreclosing my loan as i have not availed atleast 1percent of course.

                            Sir as I previously complaint that i have requested to simplilearn to cancel the subscription and it was under their refund policy.but still propelled sending me emails to pay the emi for that course.for which I have requested them to cancel there are no other option emi date coming within 5 days on 9 Jan still mentally frustrated from them.. please help me

                              I intimated Simplilearn to cancel the Cloud Computing course in October, within stipulated time period.
                              But to my surprise, the finance company Propelld asking me to deposit the Emi amount of loan. And they have threatened to take legal action and else, if the Emi amount is not deposited to bank.
                              Being afraid of their threatening I have deposited two Emi installments in 2022 and depositing third one today.
                              I have already submitted one Medical Certificate as asked by Simplilearn team to substantiate my physical illness.( the cause of cancellation of the course).
                              I have not attended any single class nor did I receive any course materials from simplilearn. Seems these two companies are fraud.
                              Under the above circumstances I am finding myself in under threatening and case of extortion from Propelld.
                              So please give me valuable response immediately regarding the cancellation of loan and refund of the amounts paid by Emi s from my bank account.( which i paid due to threatening from Propelld).

                                  I have opted for the course PGP in data analytics and paid the down payment amount of ₹7345 on 8th August and then the remaining amount was converted into EMI with the third party Liqui loans and now I'm paying ₹11771 monthly i couldn't understand the teachings in live classes and self learning and asked the simplilearn counsellor to cancel my course and she said as per their policy they can't refund. So i said i don't want the amount which i paid for last 3 months and I'm unable to pay in the future.
                                  I am not in a good financial position to pay 12000 pm. Please assist in cancellation of the course.
