I started my online course in the month of november 2022 and i made my first payment by 5th of december 2023. Am not getting any support from my guide as he is avoiding my calls. I am willing to terminate the agreement with simplilearn and discontinue the course. I didnt make any delay on my paymentand even i am not getting any support from your side. so please help me to move forward and to discontinue the course

    Because of the simplilearn fake promise i lost my career. I have not got any resolution from my previous complaint any i am writing again.
    I am 5 + years experience of workings employee. I felt in a trap of simplilearn saying job guarantee program. they just brainwashed me to takeup the same course which i have already received masters certificate on 2019 with the same simplilearn. i am not at all interested to take the same course again paying lot of amount 1.40 L .for earlier certification i have paid 40 k. for the same content they have charged 1.40L by saying job guarantee. i have completed again this certification. Now they are not kept their promise. Till date they not provided a proper service which is worth of that much huge fee. I left my previous job just believing their fake promises. present i not have any source of income. I lost my money and time because of their job guarantee fraud. I requested to refund my fee amount from the time of joining. They just don't cared. i no have any job in hands. because of them i have career gap in my experience.because of them i lost, my money, time and peace. i am ashamed to show my face to my parents and to my friends because of simplilearn. i am expecting my money back for the fraud they did to me. i am that much dumb that i payed 35 k and again 1.4L for the same course just because i felt simplilearn trap.

    I am requesting a refund of my money which i have paid till date to simplilearn

      Dear Proplld Team

      Simplilearn institute is not responding to any of my mails or requests and are not able to hear any of my calls

      All they do is transfer my call to this department to that department and keep me waiting for the concern person to get in touch with me

      I am absolutely fed up with this kind of attitude of simplilearn as this people are not canceling my course or they are ready to give the pending money to you guys as I have already told them in February 2023 that I want to cancel my course due to not having enough time to spend on online classes

      I have already paid 8 emi out of which 6 emi I have paid even when I did not attend the classes from July 2022 to December 2022

      Still I paid till February 2023

      But now it's too much of their callousness attitude and I am not taking it lightly

      I request you to take the remaining money from simplilearn team and don't call me again as I am fed up of contacting them and wasting my time and energy

      You should also be responsible enough to make a clause In your contract with simplilearn that if any student drop out in between of course due to any personal reason or any other issue you shud be liable to take the remaining money from simplilearn team

      Which you guys have not done that and are blaming us that we paid the money etc etc

      You guys should also talk with the simplilearn team and talk about remaining money which you guys are not doing and asking us to follow up which we are doing it but no luck till now

      I dont want hear your standard reply as "We are just loan partners and we cannot cancel your loan. Please contact your institute regarding this."

      I need a proper resolution to my problem. Which you guys are lacking to understand.

      I hope this point is very much clear to you guys.

      Take your remaining money from simplilearn Institute and not me. As you guys have already paid the amount to them and it becomes your responsibility to follow up with those guys (Simplilearn).

        Hello I have enrolled for Automation job gurantee programm.Your learning consultant who was assigned to me stopped answering my calls after loan approved and disbursed to the simplilearn. Now when i aske dto cancel the course you are saying refund is only 7 days. You people are saying refund is 7 days ... I have registered on December 21 and classes started from Jan 6th ... How can you people say 7 days when classes started after 20 days ...and aslo however i asked the learning consultant to change my batch he said he will let me know by EOD but i didn't get any reply either from him or simplilearn regarding my batch change. Even i am calling also he is not answering my calls i should know about the information regarding my classes. Please cancel my course now the propelled team calling me every day and asking me to pay my EMI . Please cancel my course and change your policies. How can someone know about the classes he is understanding or not without lstening to classes.

          Hello Simplilearn Team,

          I am writing to request that my EMI deductions be stopped. I have been finding it difficult to understand the course and as a result, have not been able to give enough time to it due to my busy work schedule and hectic travelling. This has put a mental strain on me.

          I am also aware that there is 7 day refund policy by simplilearn. But you guys also understand that for 6 months i have not attended the course but was still paying you the EMI on regular basis.

          And when I have started my weekend batch on January 2023 for 1 month I was facing a lot of issue to understand the data analytics course.

          Due to which in February 1st Week 2023 I have decided to not continue with the course and continue with my normal job.

          From July 2022 To February 2023 I was paying you EMI on regular basis even after just attending 1 month of online course.

          Henceforth I request you to kindly cancel my course as I will not be able to pay any emi henceforth due to not attending the course.

          Simplilearn has also not mentioned anything while I have enrolled the course that if any candidate is not able to continue his course and want to stop in between what can be the next step for this.

          I have emailed several times to simpli learn about my issue and also spoke with some of their chat representatives, but so far have not received any satisfactory response or I would say proper response in my case.

          I would kindly request you guys to not send and of your recovery team at my house without giving a proper notice or call me at any given time and harass me for no fault of mine.

          As i dont want to continue with your course and i dont want to pay any money to your EMI Partner (Propelld).

          Please return the remaining amount to the propelld team so that they dont call me for pending payment and harass me.

          Only then I will say that you resolved my issue.

          I hope this email is heard to the upper management and will find solution for me.

          As i have already mentioned what my situation was to the lady who spoke with me on phone from propelled team.

          I hope you guys speak with simpli learn team as they are not giving me any proper reason to resolve this issue.

            I am writing to inquire about a recent refund I was promised by your company that amount of 93399.67, i.e, 24th January'23 was credited. I was told that the refund would be credited to my credit card, however, I have checked my bank account and I have not seen any amount credited as a refund. I also attached my statement along with this email which is not increased by 93, 399.67

            My refund ID is 23551.

            I would appreciate it if you could provide me with more information about the refund.

            I would also like to know what steps your company is taking to ensure that the refund is credited to my account as soon as possible. If there have been any issues or delays with the refund process, I would appreciate an explanation of the cause and an estimated timeline for resolution.

              I have joined block chain course, In first told IIT certification please register soon so only limited seats, after joining they are not considering itself.
              We need to call them and simply they will say cohort changed, so attendance and classes you can't see. so again, pays some amount we can reschedule the classes.

              Guys Don't waste money here. am wasted my money here.

              Standard of teaching is very poor

              They will not also call you

                I was initially interested in the PGP in Digital marketing course after looking at their(SimpliLearn) website. I wanted to get the brochure so I entered my email and mobile number which they had requested on their site in order to receive the brochure to my email id. I was then contacted by a representative by the name Aman Garg of SimpliLearn.He gave me the details of the course and repeatedly kept pursuing me to give him a confirmation to join the course, as they normally do.
                I had to send him lot of documents since I wasn’t employed at the time and with after sending multiple bank statements, Aadhar card, pan card details to him, he got my loan approved even before I started the course.

                I wanted to cancel by registration and loan and get the refund back from SimpliLearn. I contacted Aman multiple times and most times he said she was busy until I was able to get hold of him and told him that I wanted to cancel the course and also my loan.

                He told me I can't cancel my course until I attend the course for one month mark .
                Which was a big lie and I should have able to cancel course before 7 days before my enrollment

                I contacted them several times via email and phone and they didn't even properly addressed my issue

                Due to some family issues I'm unable to pay the money or attend the class and after I said all these things they weren't showing a small amount of kindness and telling me to enroll in another course

                They are scamming 1000s of students everyday this has to stop . Because of them my mental health is also weaker

                All I want is that I want to cancel my course and refund the money.

                    My name is ****** and I have enrolled for a PG program for Data Science with Simplilearn. First I never showed interest in enrolling for the course. But, upon repeated phone calls and requests and after I was told I could cancel the course before my EMI starts, I have decided to try out the course.

                    I have recently met with an accident and am not in a position to take up the course now and request to cancel my admission and also stop the EMI from going through. I would also like to point out that I haven't attended a single class and not even listened to the free content available on the dashboard.

                    I have been trying to reach the Sales Rep and also reached out to customer service numbers requesting for the cancellation. People spoke very rudely to me and asked if I had proof in the form of an email or if I have a phone call recording in support of the information conveyed over the phone. Is Simplilearn a fake portal or a fake company ? Why are they suggesting that I have to be careful and have written confirmation or phone recording to prove my case.Why is that I have jump through so many loops to be able to cancel my admission much before my first installment or much before my cohort starts or much before I start anything with Simplilearn. Why were false promises made and wrong information conveyed when they can't fulfill what they have committed to ?

                    I only joined Simplilearn as it's a global company and has been in the business in various countries. I didn't expect the support to be this bad. Now, I have lost trust not only in Simplilearn, but also with other online educational portals. This makes me think I shouldn't have referred Simplilearn to my friends and family. Doing so, I not only put myself in trouble and also put others at risk which I had no right to do.

                    I would request Simplilearn to cancel my admission, cancel my EMI option with Liqui Loan, before the first installment start date which is Dec 5 2022 . I have also raised a ticket regarding the same[protected] . Please help with my request as soon as possible. Also please train the company representatives to convey the right information and not make any false promises which they can't keep. My ticket is open and resolution is pending for a long time now.

                    Liqui Loan company is harassing me with multiple calls, emails and whats ap messages and threatening that there will be a legalaction . I am left with no option other than raising a conumeer complaint. I don't deserve this harassment for no fault of mine. Please cancel my admission and stop emi immediately.

                    No one deserves this harassment and not sure why Simplilearn is not worried about its reputation and troubling people this way

                      Actually I enrolled for their Post Graduate Program in Cloud Computing with Simplilearn on 27 Sep, 2021 after your team calling multiple time even if we check your site.

                      Simplilearn, Account Manager Mr. Manjunath has clearly inform us no technical knowledge is need for Cloud computing course..
                      Based on his assurance I have joined course through Liquiloans loans

                      They disbursed my loan from a loan company liquiloans and started autopayment option.
                      They also ask for PAN, Aadhar card bank statements for this process,

                      They informed you can cancel the course if you find it’s not suitable for you within 7 days, I haven’t attended their lectures as-well.

                      How can we inform course cancellation in 7 days if we joint for weekend classes..later we got to know there is lot of technical knowledge needed to this course..

                      I informed them on October month on mails and messages, I don’t want to do the certification and cancel my enrollment and cancel my loan automandate also As these certifications is for completely technical and it is not suitable for me and facing financial issue.

                      Every month I am paying I’m getting EMI and by CIBIL rate is effecting..
                      In the middle I’m getting threaten call from liquiloans people asking to pay EMI..which I’m not using ..

                      Liquiloans person has call me and asked to pay one month EMI so that he will speak to Simplilearn team to cancel the course based on his confirmation I have paid EMI also(I have the proof on this discussion)

                      Request to kindly cancel my Liquiloans loan

                        I had purchased digital marketing masters program from simplilearn in the month august 2022. During that time i got wonderful support. but from the time i started asking if refund is possible as i didnt like the course content - felt its so much dragging - i asked for 60-70% refund, but not providing saying that their refund policy is over. All started playing passing the pass, one person wont respond for a long time - then he will say contact another person. then that person takes their own sweet time - and says right now i am not in that particular department, kindly contact next person, finally one person told me to raise a support request in the system last 2 weeks before, to which same reply comes from the team - no refund possible - 44000 is not a small amount that too taken from credit card, what is wrong in providing 60-70% refund where i havent even completed 20% of the entire course curriculum. I am not asking for 100% refund, 60-70% can be granted. EVEN IF i reply multiple timesthey just say extension is possible not refund. when i am not willing to pursue the course why is this been enhanced ? its a self learning module - so only i feel its given extension - very dragging content - not at all i liked it. kindly refund the money. evry persons money is their hard earned money - my credit card is not active now - i need the money into my account asap. I fell into this trap. very difficult to get back the money.

                            I purchased Prince2 foundation and practitioner course from simplilearn. At the time if sales pitch, i was told that the exam retake voucher will be provided by simplilearn if failed to clear in first attempt.

                            Now ehen the need has arisen they are completely denting of any such promise. They are not even responding properly to calls as they were doing initially. They are directly sending out denial mails.

                                Hello I have enrolled for AIE I didn't see the classes are good and I have called you people regarding this and said to cancel the same... You people are saying refund is 7 days ... I have registered on December 15 and classes started from Jan 14th ... How can you people say 7 days when classes started after 20 days ... Please cancel my registration and now you people have created a ticket no 01628493 ... Team propelled is harrassing me to pay the emi I have already paid 1 month emi

                                  Hello I am Harishankar I told that I cancelled my CEH v12 course with in 7 days but I didn't get any proper response from your side and I give a warning mail also but I didn't get any response now the loan agency will harassment me cancel my course and give me a confirmation otherwise I will take a string action and I will give report toward social-media about your organization weather the loan agency give pressor on me I will damage your reputation ( the course content is very poor the course fee is not worth for your course content ) whatever I need a cancellation confirmation otherwise you will face the consequences
                                  I will give complete agent your organization I see all the complete against your organization in social media you doing Full of scam things weather you give me a course cancel confirmation otherwise I will make your reputation down via social media

                                    Actually I enrolled for their Bussiness analyst course on 13 feb 23 after your team calling multiple time even if we check your site

                                    They disbursed my loan from a loan company liquiloans and started autopayment option on my gpay,
                                    They also ask for PAN, Aadhar card bank statements for this process,

                                    They informed you can cancel the course if you find it’s not suitable for you within 7 days, I haven’t attended their lectures aswell
                                    I informed them on 15 feb 23 on mails and messages, I don’t want to do the certification and cancel my enrollment and cancel my loan automandate also As these certifications is for experienced Bussiness analyst and it is not suitable for me and facing financial issue.

                                    They initiated the refund request on 16 feb 23 now they are saying it will take 7 working days for the loan cancellation approval then they will inform their finance partner liquiloans to cancel the loan and emi from your bank account, liquiloans are saying ask Simplilearn and Simplilearn are saying we will do this but it may take 22 working days and after 5 march my emi will be auto deducted from my account.they are not answering my calls and mails and not replying my issue I am so stressed because of this why are you doing this why are you not cancelling the loan and emandate #scam#fraud#need resolution

                                      Sir I am S.Mohamed Azad . I am 34 years old.I studied diploma in computer technology in 2011 and BCA distance education institute in Alagappa University in 2021.I am currently working in sales man.I can earn 15000 rupees per month.In this, I searched Free course in Simplilearn website Mr. Naresh contacted me and told me that if you study this course you will definitely get a job and I told him my situation and he said his age doesn't matter. He said that I will definitely provide job assistance till you go to work.Because of his assurance I joined the cyber security course in November.But Mr. Naresh said that the online class will start from 15th December.

                                      After some days( 4 days ) I contacted him and told Mr. Naresh that I am not able to understand in English so I am cancel from this course. If you have one month's time and still you are not able to study, I will cancel you from this course .To that he said that you should study for one month and if you are not able to do it then I will release you from this course. Apart from that he told me on mobile that if you want by January 5th I will refund the entire amount without holding any amount. This means that if you are unable to proceed with this course before paying the first EMI, you can freely withdraw from this course without incurring any charges.Mr Naresh did not tell me about this refund policy of 7 days. Instead, he told me on the phone as I mentioned above.

                                      However, unexpectedly my mother illness. On December 29th, Mr Naresh called me to ask whether to cancel this course or continue, but I did not pick up the call.I contacted him and explained my family situation.He understood my situation and promised to cancel me from this course.For that he kindly said that you can cancel from this course and get your refund money back and this process will take atleast 15 days to 30 days.

                                      In this case 19.01.2021 Simplilearn Branch Office Bengaluru I was gone.Mr.Naresh contacted me on phone and replied that refund will take 15 days to 30 days and till then keep calm.

                                      So far I have raised more than 10 tickets for canceling the course.Simplilearn did not cancel the course after more than 40 days to cancel the course. but they are sending an email saying that the refund policy is valid only within 7 days. But Mr. Naresh told me that I had spoken to the management and that there would be a call back within two days 31.01.2023.I have recorded what Mr.Naresh said to me in the phone. He has done a WhatsApp chat and I have also kept it.


                                      A lady from Simplilearn called me regarding refund.In that the lady said that the refund policy has ended and I told her what Mr. Naresh told me. She asked if there is any proof that Mr. Naresh would give refund.I said yes. If so send me an email and we will check.But again I have not received any call from Simplilearn.

                                      Now I am also sick. The doctor said to me not to ride a bike anymore and not to work bent over. I don't know what to do.Now my family situation and me and my finances are very bad. Not only that, my job will also be gone from next month. I am suffering a lot now thinking about my livelihood. Mr. Naresh knows my situation very well.He understood my situation and told me he said to financial department team and you can cancel from this course.He told me that I will get a call from the accounts team within two days and that you can cancel the course freely. These 20 days Mr.Naresh does not pick my call.

                                      I have never studied this course online even in a single class so far I request Simplilearn to remove me from this course keeping in mind my situation. I will definitely not be able to pay any EMI from next month. I definitely can't pay this EMI.And I took a loan from propelled team and gave it to Simplilearn. And I got a loan from propelled team and gave it to Simplilearn. I kindly request you, Somehow from Simplilearn to hand over the money(Refund) to the propelled team.I request you to humanely understand my situation and help me.

                                      Second EMI is going on now. Please save me.

                                      Note.

                                      I have never studied this course online even in a single class .I am not attend Single session online class.Mr.Naresh told me to watch the demo class introduction in cyper security class.I saw only 30% of that too.I think I saw offline.

                                      I have all proofs that Mr.Naresh told me to cancel course and refund.

                                      Also, I look forward to your kind reply. Since I don't know English I kindly request Tamil speaking authorities to contact me.
