I want to cancel my emi for the certification course that i bought from Simplilearn on Aug 2022 and its started from 13 Aug 2022 but i don't want to continue further, i already discontinued from Sept 10 by today 2022 and already paid one emi on 5th sept but i did not use the course and called Simplilearn to cancel my emi but they are not cancelling it, as a student i am not able to pay futher emi but they are not cancelling my emi and neither coordinating with the third party load provider.
And their consultant Triveda who was my coordinator not answering my calls properly about how to cancel and messages and not replying to my issue continuouslyt rying to reach.
I sent mails many times to both parties Simplilearn and Liquiloans regarding stop emis but communication is is very difficult. Was this information helpful? |
