[Resolved]  Simplilearn — PMP Exam Voucher

This is regarding the PMP Exam Voucher Order ID CSTM_HN9JKAW05AV dated 9th October 2023, it was sold with the assurance of a one-year validity. However, I recently received communication indicating that the voucher expired on 7th January 2024. This voucher was sold by your executive, with a promised one-year validity, as confirmed through WhatsApp messages and calls. I would like clarification on why the voucher was sold with a one-year validity when it expired in less than three months.

Why voucher was sold with one year validity when it was expiring in less that 3 months?
