Simplilearn — Cancellation of course refund and stop emi

Hi I'm Ratnesh i had enrolled for the business analyst course but the experience was very bad I couldn't join or attend any of my live classes even after continuous requests for guidance and help to Mr. Sagar Gowda(Bangalore head office) who was the person to enrol me for the course did not answer any of my calls but after calling from different number he answered and assured me that he will cancel my course stop the EMI and refund my money i had paid so far. But for past 3 days he is not at all answering my calls nor replying to my messages
I kindly request for help from the SIMPLILEARN team please guide me fir the further process
