Hello, It is subject to not refunding money as per the promised by the sales team. I enrolled with ML PG program and at the time of joining i was not sure about joining this program, at that time Simplilearn sales team told me that you can stop this PG program anytime and after a couple of months when i have created a request for cancellation, they told me that its not in our policy. Please its false promise given by sales team. As its not an our issue, please kindly help us with the same. Was this information helpful? No (1) Yes (0)

Someone from the support team named Utkarsh Somvanshi is playing with me by sending same message again and again. Please kindly help me with the same. Even I can not able to contact Simplilearn through the call.

Sales Person who committed the for the refund are
1. Akshay Naik
2. Vignesh Nayak.

They just committed at the time of sales that I will get a refund whenever I want stop the course.
