I have been requesting your team to cancel the cyber Security course, which I enrolled in the month of August 2022, and the loan amount was given to your company.
At the beginning of the course, I was promised that the course will be a two-way communication when I can ask the questions and get answers, however I Just took one class and there was no such class happening as promised, the first class took after 8 or 9 days of enrollment, but when I requested for cancellation, they said I should have contacted them within 7 days. How in the hell I would know if the first class itself was held on 8 or 9 days of enrollment.
I immediately emailed and requested to cancel but they keep rejecting my emails and no reply from their end. this is simplylearn does cheating to their students.
Now I am getting threatened as I had load from propelled company which was referred by Simplylearn and they forced me to go for it. when I was still in dilemma stage. Propelled team forced me to get it.
Now they are coming to my home and threating me to do the payment. why should I pay when I had request for the cancellation and not attended any class.
Visited the office but they said there is no escalation team there. its only the sales office. Please take my request into consideration and cancel and refund the money back. As the team was not clear on the cancellation policy and they are making up the story. Was this information helpful? |
