[Resolved] Simplilearn — On the verge of harassment | |
I had been interested in their online digital course, but was only going to take it if my company provided the funding. I was in touch w one of their reps who allowed me to sample a 20 min webinar. I reiterated to him that my company did not have the funding to put me through the class and I would contact him if/when that did happen. Since April 2016, they have not stopped contacting me, even after several requests to remove my name from their system (email and phone). I have exchanged Tweets w their customer service but their email customer service is non existent. It is getting to the point where I'm feeling harassed, aggravated, and just want them to leave me alone. I would like to be able to fully opt-out and prevent them from contacting me. Today's date is Sept. 28, 2016 and I have several emails to them requesting them to stop contacting me. They have gone unheard. Was this information helpful? | |
