Simplilearn — Provided fake course cancellation refund policy

Had a very bad experience from simplilearn team. On 10th june i have enrolled for the aws cloud architecture course on the promise from the simplilearn staff that there have a evening week day batch starting from 13th june. And also they mentioned and give me a confirmation that mentioned I can cancel the course if iI am not interested after attending few classes. But there was no evening week day batches starting from 13th june. son got cheated at the first place, so I have register for the next week week day evening (20th june 2022). After throughly checking the syllabus and enquire with few connections i understood they are not go for the portioned that i precisely want in more. So on 15th june I planned to cancel the course and call the simplilearn staff and express my intention, But that timethey force me to attend atleast one session then cancel. I belived their words. So I have attended my first session on 20th june and on the next contact the simplilearn to drop my course. But their response are very painful. they said as i pass one week after enroll the course I cann't cancel the course anymore. But in their policy that i got through their mail regairding course cancellation didnt mentioned a anything like that boundary. They are the one force me to cross that one week boundary by asking me to attend atleast one session. I dont know what to do. Its more like they force me to take their service eventhough i dont want by having money, that they promise to refund. At first place I dont know that simplilearn is institute like this. I have joined the course through EMI scheme. the total course fees is Rs.28000, I have completed my first installement. If simplilearn want that they can take that amount, that I will consider as my mistakes of trusting simplilearn staff's words, and let me cancel my EMI. All the evidence of the mentioned have with me as Whatsap chat and call records. If any simplilearn can understand this as your mistakes, then let me cancel my course. Because there have no mistakes happened from my side. All the things that i have done is according to your own staff guidence, then how could not eligible for the refund. let me know atleast this.
