I've enrolled for Simplilearn's subject certification. My learning counselor, Mayank, has addressed and openly indicated that I will be given a coupon for a second chance in this course. I failed to get a 4 on my first attempt. I received a 22 whereas the passing mark was 26. Following that, I got in touch with my training coordinator to discuss getting a refund or taking the exam again. He said that I should try again because a refund is not now possible. I have therefore asked for an exam retake voucher and will keep track of this. However, they are not replying to my ticket. Such bizarre behavior from a company like Simplilearn is unacceptable. I request you to quickly find a quick solution to this problem, as it is crucial to the growth of my career. .
